You DO know that copyright laws still apply on pirate forums, yeah?
And you DO know that this site is registered in a country which DOES honor piracy/********** laws yeah?

So if a dev wanted to press charges, this site would be in a lot of trouble if they didn't pass the user information to authorities.
tell me what court would care about a porn game?

NO that is not true in the US. The game dev (and publisher) are the ones producing the possible violation , the site is only distributing the content. Cant sue the book store for a 'bad' book

IF the site is making direct profit (from selling/ requiring membership/etc) the violation then it gets into grey area. Or if the site collaborating with the the game dev (and publisher) to produce illicit content then they may be considered a producer

If a game dev is claiming copyright infraction of the site then that is actionable offense. typical movie ip owner taking action against a pirate site. Take note most porn game devs don't do the proper paper work to properly claim their IP. Just putting a (C) #date is a weak defense with the courts

your thoughts are skewed. property rights is a civil case, so the courts will care as soon as lawyers are getting paid to do their jobs. If the violation is a physical good that is getting imported from a country that participates in that subversion of law then law enforcement gets involved
can you just stop already, people start mass reporting you, your arguments have no merit

Honestly, this is hardly the place for a discussion on the ins and outs of copyright law. We're hear to bust a nut, if youre interested in this stuff I'd suggest a number of legal youtube channels. Now more importantly, the gofile link is currently overloaded, is delafil legit? I've never seen it before as one of the standard download links and the others are slow as shit.

i think you missed the part where i said it's a free game so no one would care to take up this case. and even if lawyers are getting paid, plenty of lawsuits get tossed out immediately if the judge deems the case ridiculous or inappropriate or a waste of their time.

Just because its free doesn't mean it cant' have an IP. See the creative common licensing and similar shareware style schemes. Most lawyers aren't qualified for IP law so by the time it to the judge they usually will listen to the arguments.
