Look at the quest guide, that should help.
You have to take some newspaper from the basement.
Then you need to work on the letter in your room (multiple times).
Then you need to go to college to deliver it.

That's a very rare bug that happens when you use renpys "rollback" function during the achievement pops up, or fades away.
Reloading your save removes the overlay.

Small suggestion: Maybe add that link for the latest roadmap to the OP so that it's much easier for everyone to find?
Took a look at the Steam link for this game but even though it's tagged as "Early Access" I couldn't find anyway to purchase, download or install. Did I miss something somewhere or is Wishlisting it all you can do on Steam for now?
Loving the game so far and really looking forward to all that planned content for Scarlett, Luna, Alice and Mary!

I've finished all the content so far, and I'm quite pleased. Setting aside compliments about the game as a whole, what really caught my attention was the excellent progression of mind control. It gives a great feeling with every detail change you make.
Also, I like how both AVA and the protagonist are selfish and even malicious without feeling remorse or guilt. In the end, the protagonist is like a "villain," but it doesn't matter; you want him to win.
Now, here are my recommendations: first, regarding the animated scenes, I'd like them to have dialogues as well. I mean, that would really improve the scenes. There could also be some dialogue variations for the same scenes.
Second, it would be interesting to have more interactions with the slaves in the story. They could have mini events at home or in a future house that houses them all, or just the favorites.
They could even help during the main story, with small details making them different from what they used to seem like mere dolls to "real" characters in the game. For example, scenes of them reading books to bring you more knowledge, scenes of them talking to each other to find ways to serve us better, that kind of thing, so they don't seem like still dolls, haha.
Lastly, it would be cool for each character to have their own obsession in the future, let's say Sarah with Daddy thing, Sofia with anal, Chole addicted to eating cum or a boobjob, this kind of thing could even be a different form of evolution, the point is to diversify.
That's it, I loved the game and of course these are just thoughts I had, the team may have already thought of much better things than that and I trust you, good luck with the game

V0.10 is available to download for the Fan & Enthusiast tier!
The Supporter tier get access to V0.10 on March 11th, followed by the Admirer tier on March 25th.
Public release will happen two weeks after the Admirer tier, on April 8th.
V0.10 is all about Scarlett. Two new quests will be available with her as well as the chance to win Scarlett as a new harem member.

Another thing to add would be silly things to order the girls to do. Like doing a T pose and jumping (for boobs physics), dancing while singing stupid lyrics, acting like an animal or making them forget they are mind controlled (regain their previous personality) while following another silly order, and perceiving MC as invisible so he can act like a poltergeist to scare the shit out of them.
