His last game if i remember right only had like 3 maybe 4 if that. But i could be wrong it's been a while since i played it.First this:
Also Caribdis has pretty much confirmed that there will be a number of threesomes in the game eventually and there also have been a number of them in his first game as well. So yeah, the question is not IF there will be threesome, the questions are only how many and with what pairs of girls.

There are many reasons to believe this is the case. Every time a girl shows interest in another girl, it's a potential threesome.
While it's not clear cut, there are a lot of indications.
- Penny was asked about a threesome partner in a truth or dare and names Nova.
- Annie is smitten with Dahlia's booty.
- Nancy is smitten with Annie.
- Nancy supports Orion dating Nova, and Nova complements Nancy's voice.
- Nancy is fine with Orion dating her daughters and both daughters are in a contest for Orion's affection, which only ends one way I guess.
- Dahlia and Alex are good friends and they will end up sharing a boyfriend.
- Luna seems to have divined something sexual between Annie and Orion, which probably includes her as well.
Does this mean we will have all these threesomes? Can't tell, but I don't think it's smart to bet against Chekov's Gun.

But I think Alex/Dalia, Penny/Nova and Nancy/Annie are almost certain. Anything between Nancy/Dalia/Penny looks to be problematic because of Patreon TOS, and I can't really see Calypso involved with her slow progression. Penny/Luna could also be a thing because they are spending some time together but that feels like a stretch since there weren't any hints yet and Luna is still a bit behind.
