The Festival is always crashes and glitching any advice on how to fix this?

It's best to not reveal/activate the shrines in one go.
You know how in Spaceship Todoroki where you can just get all 3 X-Antibiotics, but you have to interact with an npc to start the events from stage 1 despite having 3 antibiotics already? Don't do the same thing with this game. Activate each Shrine in order A>B>C>D>E. Once you activate a shrine, make sure you view all events that gets unlocks within the shrine you just activated and don't forget to go to the festival frequently by the moment it's available.
You might wanna start a new game if you don't have back up saves.

I was trying to get the true ending oh well. I'll just wait for the TL and your Guide once you're done

So after I got the black guy his wood, apparently I'm supposed to talk to him until he cums on Natsuki. But he's still on the outside of the hut jerking off and Idk what to do next.

Are there any missed events in besides those in the reminiscence room? I went to the reminiscence room and unlocked all the events but I feel there are not as many as I thought. I think I'll wait until the official translation comes out and play it myself

I had this same issue, as well as being unable to activate the second shrine. The answer is to keep cycling the day to night cycle. Eventually during the day he'll be back inside of his house and you can play the next event.
