Yes, HongFire was a time to live, I was a simple teenager with mostly zero knowledge of English in this time, I remember creating my first Waifu with purple hair form there.

Here a few step how made it, I hope it will be useful to someone: It's my first time writing a "how to do", but I wanted to say thank you in a way to people from this forum:

Step 1 : First download form :

• Sukebei torrent: [ScrewThisNoise][ILLGAMES] Summer Holidays! Scramble (サマバケ！すくらんぶる) BetterRepack R1
• DDL:
  You must be registered to see the links
  (search the name of the game in the list)

Step 2 : Download links provided by wand3r (thank you) in a previous post: that are these one :

• Step 2.1: DLC:
  You must be registered to see the links
• Step 2.2 Patch made by the Marvelous ManlyMarco : HF Patch v1.4 (this will give you important mods) :
  You must be registered to see the links
  • Go to his github :
    You must be registered to see the links
    and this
    You must be registered to see the links
    for more informations and curiosity.

Step 3 : Unzip times.

• Step 3.1: Unzip step 1 and put in a place near the root system, basically made a file in C:\.
  • Step 3.1.1: Delete all Japanese word [サマ] from the main document (very important but don't remember why)
• Step 3.2: Unzip step 2.1 - aka the DLC - VJ01002903.zip- and do the same as this picture posted by stachelzelle in a old previous post:
  • Step. 3.2.1: Copy the folders setup 1 and setup 2 and place them in your main folder like this picture

Step 4: Excute SamabakeScramble_HF_Patch_v1.4.exe - the patch HF 1.4, aka Step 2.2 - and select the file of the game files if the Excute don't find the file of the game.
Step 4.1: And start the setup:

1. When you arrive to "Select Components"
2. You need to click in almost all the box in particular the last ones (I don't remember why but someone in a post said it, I don't have the picture unfortunately)
3. Be careful not to click in the box where you have a lot of MB (I don't remember which box it is, in the middle)
4. This box is already unclicked just don't click it.

Step 5: For cards you can search in

You must be registered to see the links

1. You can convert HC (Honey Comb) to SVS
2. Through a special carpet in the document of the game
3. In "user data" -> "chara"
4. Search the file "convert" and put all Honey Comb card that you want.
5. It works only in a page HC -> SVS not SVS ->HC not possible.

Step 6: For Activate Cheat, don't forget

1. When you enter in the game for the first time
2. Enter in configuration and after search "Runtime Editor"
3. Search which hotkey is assigned to open it and modify as you wanted,
4. When you open RuntimeEditor you open the CheatTools inside and you can apply the cheat.

I hope it will be useful and maybe some people will try the game with this info, thanks to F95 post for giving me the valuable info, to ScrewThisNoise for the Betterrepack (his repack) and ManlyChadMarco for the HF 1.4 patch. Btw, I was an old Hongfire user and the people talking about it in the post make me nostalgia.

NOTE: I don't recommend messing around in Runtime Editor or Cheat Tools, if you don't know what you are doing you can break the game or worse, brick your save. Instead of doing that, I suggest manually assigning character traits to every character you'll be using in the game, so gaining friendship, love etc is easier/harder(depending on the traits you've given to characters).

Yeah, there's generally no need to mess with the cheats unless you need some very specific stuff, but the one thing I'd 100% recommend is to tick the "Block Interrupt" setting in the Cheats window. Makes the game much, much more enjoyable when you can actually talk to a character without someone else barging in every 5 seconds.

So, let me guess - it's one of those games from Illusion/Illgames where there are virgins but no blood, right? If that's the case, my disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined. In general I make a spreadsheet of all Illusion games where I record what is and isn't available, so yes, there are mostly new (Unity-based) games left.

If not in both AA and AA2, all is lost.

Try to search it with the jp name. Dl the 1.1 gb one since the 300 mb is just the update.

No, I'm just being ironic. I wouldn't say it's a fetish, but if it's stated, I want to see it confirmed. Otherwise, yeah, you can blame it on realism and stuff.

Most of the accessories in Honeycome were modded in, so it has the same amount in vanilla. I really do hope they expand the 20 slot thing eventually though, 20 is not nearly enough for some ambitious designs I've attempted.

Something i'm having a hard time to understand is how love/affection/hate works. I had a girl (lover status) caught me having sex and then ignored her. But after that i couldn't "raise" her stats anymore. By that i mean that most her interaction had 0% chance , and the rest nearly 20%. Even with cheat tools to make those with 1% or more successfull , her stats don't change at all.

Can anyone give me a tip or something i'm missing ??
