Yeah. Basically you just follow her hand movements. Try to synchronize your hand to hers and try not to cum. I feel like this game is much better when you use a toy (The Handy for example) since its supported here and will automatically adjust its speed and synchronize to her hand. and since you dont need to move your own hands its more immersive and really feels like the girl in the game in giving you a handjob.
