Came for the sex, stayed for the story. Fuck you OP for making me attached to these characters.
...More please.
...More please.
IDK how you can call a time travel plot unnecessary when thats literally the plot of the game. its not like the main focus is actually the MC passing school, the main story of the game is the time travel plot. Its fine that you dont like time travel plots, but its integral to the story way more than every other side storyI had no prior knowledge of the game and honestly it's hall of fame worthy. But a freaking time travel plot? Bruh... I almost smashed my keyboard out of frustration. This game is like ordering the most delicious A5 Wagyu beef and then someone suddenly dumps ketchup all over it. I mean I'm still gonna eat and enjoy it but... how unnecessary man. Just my subjective opinion of course.
Thank god the rest of the game is as incredible as it is with it's lovely characters, animation, ACTUALLY good dialog, clean UI etc... 9.9/10 and I will certainly support the developer in the future.
Hahaha this bit won't get you many "friends" in this thread since most of us that follow this thread and game enjoy time travel plotsBut a freaking time travel plot?
I'll say, I don't hate time travel plots but I usually don't like them too much either because the inconsistencies tend to annoy me quite a bit but I really enjoy the one Jestur gave us. I love how the outcomes have already happened before the time travels start and it has some mysteries here and there, this seems very solid to me (at least for now)Hahaha this bit won't get you many "friends" in this thread since most of us that follow this thread and game enjoy time travel plotsbut I understand why some people don't enjoy them, it is an acquired taste of that sub genre of sci-fi that I learned to love since a young age.
My main issue with animations is when I can't click through them and they take like 20 seconds. The ones behind dialogue are great.Alright we have guys who say they like the game, but one doesn't like animations
Yea.. that won't happen because the dev wouldn't want his game removed from Patreon. Also curious if any modern day LIs will turn out to be the MC's daughters. Would be a neat twist.
Could happen in the patch.Yea.. that won't happen because the dev wouldn't want his game removed from Patreon.
Well, yeah. No thanks.I know AI is obviously controversial, but I do wonder if in a few years there will be a suitable and efficient workflow for VN devs to use it to "upscale" normal renders to make them look more realistic. Getting facial expressions to look right is the hardest, but there are workflows out there to do it, its just incredibly resource intensive and complicated.
I mean the time travel plot is fine. Something needs to happen I guess for this to be a story. I didn't know it was a thing in this game either when I started it and I was really enjoying the characters and their development before all that was introduced so I too feel it's completely extraneous and could just be a dude banging hot babes for no reason other than it's fun to do.IDK how you can call a time travel plot unnecessary when thats literally the plot of the game. its not like the main focus is actually the MC passing school, the main story of the game is the time travel plot. just not interested its a downgrade for me i prefer the original aestheticsI know AI is obviously controversial, but I do wonder if in a few years there will be a suitable and efficient workflow for VN devs to use it to "upscale" normal renders to make them look more realistic. The ai versions don't look bad to me per se. But they don't look like the characters I know and love from this game, at ALL. That is one of my biggest issues when devs change to ai characters partway through development. It significantly changes the look of the characters which is a bad thing when I actually really like the look of the originals.I know AI is obviously controversial, but I do wonder if in a few years there will be a suitable and efficient workflow for VN devs to use it to "upscale" normal renders to make them look more realistic. Oh absolutely, I think most people would not suggest switching a game's art style in the middle of development. The ai versions don't look bad to me per se. Plus I can't really put my finger on it but ai art, whether realistic or stylized, just looks off to me. Soulless and generic almost, even when cleaned up to get rid of the usual garbage like extra fingers.
As bad as the extra fingers are, it's the upside down vaginas with teeth that have forever scarred my brain and turned me away from AI for the foreseeable future.Soulless and generic almost, even when cleaned up to get rid of the usual garbage like extra fingers.
Part of the problem is that their original expressions have all been erased in favor of all having the same smile. The first one almost avoids it because she's eating ice cream, but the wide open eyes rather than the sultry half-lidded look completely changes the feel of the image. The ai versions don't look bad to me per se. I think AI has a place supporting devs in the background.I know AI is obviously controversial, but I do wonder if in a few years there will be a suitable and efficient workflow for VN devs to use it to "upscale" normal renders to make them look more realistic. One of the problems with AI is that it can lose the context of what the image is supposed to convey. In the first pair, the ice cream cone changes from being offered by MC to being held by Daphne, which would not match up with the dialog and the flirty teasing going on. In the last pair Skylar's shirt mesh on her shoulder disappears, while in another AI upscale it might reappear. There would be a ton of extra work to check little things like that by the dev which would further delay the project.I know AI is obviously controversial, but I do wonder if in a few years there will be a suitable and efficient workflow for VN devs to use it to "upscale" normal renders to make them look more realistic.
