If you mean 1.54 then yes it's also a bugfix version. If you are saying there's a newer one on Patreon then I don't know. If you have an older save that isn't bugging out you might not need it.

If you have worked at the blacksmith's you should be able to interact with the forge there the same place where you work, to make the padlock if you have gotten the puppy from Frida than you've probably already fixed the padlock ? If you are worried about the padlock because it appears in the quest log then don't worry since the quest log is still a work in progress and the quest appears in it active for many people even after finishing it.

Sweet! 1.54 finally fixed taking swamp elf out on the date. Swear she looks different in that sex scene than her other ones though.
Is this actually worth it? The screenshots tell me "no", since they seem to all be typical massive boobed nymphos. Any innocent girls or B cuppers instead of Z cuppers?

Some, the game has a Huge variety of chicks and monsterbabes though you won't find any flat chests in the game but not all of them have Giant busts.
Yeah a few of them seem to have changed over time they look slightly different in separate scenes chalk it up to aging or whatever... though the Dev's art style seems to be getting more and more detailed over time.
The weapons store is the Only shop for buying weapons in game. When you start the game the Tailor is the guy in white clothes walking outside the closed store you have to help him get his shipment back for him to open his shop.

You need to go to Orcs where 6 colored pillars are. Than solve puzzle with pillars. After activating Waystone behind closed doors (will open after solving pillar riddle) collect tablet on the wall beside Waystone, at the left side.I can´t even get rid of her
