My fear... If we're now together with all the ladies after 10 years then we missed the good stuff in the relationships starting. But if we're not with the ladies after 10 years then that would just be weird considering all the prior flirting and stuff.

As for the sound, the entire game has audio throughout except a few scenes in the last half of the update. Strange.

It will be very strange, we have both youth and adult now which is number balanced, but next chapter they will all turn into adult or even milf and mc will just stay in youth, the whole feeling to the Lis will be all different.
Just take yua as example, I like her being polite in grow up version but I more like her being the energetic one in youth form.

Considering it's mentioned multiple times that cultivators age more slowly I doubt they'll change much physically in 10 years. Plus a few mention being much older than they look, some even 100+ years old, yet with little to no experience romantically. I don't think them moving on in that way will be an issue with most of them either. They seem to spend the vast majority of their time totally focused on training, not dating.

I really hope it's not an actual 10 year time skip because that's going to be weird. It would've been good as an ending to the whole story maybe. Damn, the story was getting good and dev decided to pull his pants down and just shit all over it.

Would be funny though if MC comes back after 10 years like "hey ladies, remember me? " only to find out they're all happily married, living overseas with the love of their lives, got kids and just moved on.

As for the time skip, while raising some concern, I think it's a good way for Noah to level up on his own, rather than using OP random stuff. And it's not like the LIs are gonna marry or date anyone, as cultivators, they are expected to live hundreds if not thousand years, so no rush.
If I fear anything, however, it is that the story won't be the cutesy harem story like we see in AVNs, but more akin to the tragic romance in wuxia/tianxia, as lovers separated or died.

He just explained why the time jump makes sense, but it still doesn't make sense to you? That's a massive you problem it sounds like. I know nothing about the cultivation genre and even I saw the massive time jump eventually coming from a mile away once the game introduced long lifespans, long-term cultivation leveling, and a cultivation level graph.
Also, giving a game 1-star review just because there is a time jump is petty as Hell.

Have you ever read a Manhua\Manhwa ?
10 years is like months since cultivating there energy core can slow down there aging.
people can be 100ish years old looking 30ish.

Time moves so slow to them. its very understandable

I seen Manhua\Manhwa that show dudes being like 200ish years old looking like 15.

Body Reconstruction ( Body Transformation that makes you stronger )( Takes hours or weeks to finish )
Seclusion Training ( Normally takes 1 to 5 years depending on how long you want to stay in Seclusion )

So 10years is normal.
Unless you want a Massive Montage of all the progresses, which would take Years of development.
The Timeskip is the best possible outcome without having to add all the troupes of the Cultivating Manhua genre.

Your biggest concern shouldn't be the Timeskip it should be when will the next update be lol

I really liked the way this story was progressing, the pacing with the girls and the power scaling but that small stuff just takes me out. In the end though it doesn't matter, no biggie. If it's not for me it's not for me. I'll just leave a review, uninstall and play another game lol. Just thought I'd leave my 2 cents, see if anyone else feels the same.

You do you I guess. Just hope you don't leave a bad review because it didnt suit you. But for more opinion, I think every fantasy need some suspend disbelief, yes in real life people change, sometime quickly, but this is a fantasy, you can buy into it or not. And if you want a happy harem ending, yeah maybe, after some thousands years where our MC become Qi God, because the world is brutal and only the strongest has the luxury to enjoy happiness.

Unless someone is pointing a gun to his head to force him writes NTR, which I doubt and probably he will even writes lovey dovey vanilla childhood love story lol besides it's normal for ppl to have a negative take to the massive 10yrs time skip that early for any story EXCEPT cultivation genre which is pretty NORMAL, heck they even use like hundreds and thousands of years time skip just for the plot to advance. Just think of it like the elves from the fantasy genre, where 100+ year old is equal to early teenage for humans. So 10yrs time skip for cultivators is like 10 months or even less for normal human.

I think i would prefered a full time skip or the 10 years at least being very quickly skipped to be honest. Otherwise it sounds like a (partial) chapter without the LI's or at least direct interaction?

Guess swordi-goddess and demon princess are still with our MC, maybe he will get closer to them during that time.

Either way it looks like the skip isn't right after chapter 3.

It's mentioned multiple times that in order to unlock new gates/cultivation levels, people often go into seclusion and train for years, or even decades (ex: the master of the sword cult that has been in seclusion for the last 20 years, just to unlock 1 gate). This is how cultivation works and it has been explained in the story, you didn't even need to have previous knowledge. Maybe, just maybe, the author could have gotten away without a time skip for the MC cultivation, since he has all 56 flows open, but what about the others ? You want to end up in a situation where all the girls are useless and have no cultivation progress ? Because they are normal, unlike the MC. Or are you just fine with the MC being OP and a Mary Sue, while the girls become some cock sleeves without personality and power ? This seems pretty boring and generic to me, but you do you...I guess.

Also, for the ones complaining about some weird possible NTR...the heck ? Again, did you read the story ? There are at least 4 LIs older than 100 years(one is 600) and they are all virgins and some didn't even go on a date or kiss someone.
