If at the point where the mc is asked if you pulled out of Tanya or not, does it completely close Tanya out if you say you pulled out. Not really into the pregnancy sex but wouldn't mind Tanya being in the game.

I really can't deal with Mabel, but I met Ophelia (?) there the first time, will she still be available some how if I stop with Mabel?
Must admit the girl at the store is not my type either, but unless there is a way to gracefully back out from her I'm not sure what to do.
I guess what I'm trying to get a handle on is if dropping one girls stops the any others?

If you reject Mabel you miss her daughter in some point. The same if you reject Sandra.
If you reject Aaliyah you miss her mom.
If you reject Fiona you miss here whole family
If you reject Priya you miss her sister
