If you are not sure about roles/relations of characters on VNDB you can always go through the characters tab.
There is usually a descriptive overview of all characters, with their relation/role to the protagonist included. (which are all classmates, kouhai, senpai or neighbor in this case)

I'm using win7 and the problem solved after i unhide/show the SimHei regular from windows' fonts list. Apparently the default setting of 'hide fonts based on computer language' made the game not recognizing the SimHei font.

While i like the statement when it concerns anime, for correctness; according to (at least most) Western laws anything/anyone not related to you by blood is not considered incest, even if it's an in-law/step family. So it's a bit of a paradox

Either way, i suppose it's up for debate and we should just leave it as is, people can choose for themselves which side they want to pick while playing the game.

So, even after installing the font and unhiding it like mentioned, I am still getting the same overlapping annoying text. Do I need to reinstall because I installed the font after the game?

EDIT: I've attached a picture of how it looks, is this the best it can get? Nothing I've read elsewhere has removed the spacing issue entirely, strange the tl'ers decided to use a broken font....

It's actually a common practice like for example an all age 4 koma anthology for a 18+ game. The side story is actually some kinda short story (similar to manga's oneshot, contentwise) that's being sold at comicmarket, not on actual shop. Though it got resale and download edition later on due to demands. The game itself is, from what i see, some kind of a way to gauge player interest wether a sequel or new game with same setting would be viable or not with how they released a survey following the game release. The character from the sidestory does have h-scene tho but it's on the fan disc lol

I set my computer to JP locale years ago lol. I attached a photo to my other post if you want to look at the font and its very weird spacing.

So even after setting my computer to Japanese locale I can't install the game. I get this message instead:
"A debugger has been found running in your system.
Please, unload it from memory and restart your program."

So I can get it to run with Locale emu but the font is messed up, change my locale manually on PC and it wont even launch the game. Anyone able to help?
