Yep, they slapped a totally basic face on her. Strange move, since the NPCs and bosses stand out so much more.
Not trying to hate, the quality is obvious, but are people satisfied with less than one minute animations? There's not much you can do with that length.
Personally, I am absolutely satisfied even with short loops if the concept is interesting and the quality is there - but that's just me!

I think it's a fair point. Hydra did some longer animations in the past, like Rachel's. But if you look back, these longer projects were 3 different animations that had 40 seconds to 1 minute each, and were released within a month apart from each other.
Me personally, I'm fine with their lengh. Hydra's one of the few out there putting work every month you know? Like, there's always something cooking, and they're used to release monthly, so imagine the pain in the ass to work with such deadlines and care about the quality, which is always top tier.
I do feel like he could enjoy their models a bit more though. Lately Hydra's doing a one time use of each, and they could all use some more love, maybe work with them more before migrating to other characters.
Btw, you gotta admire the guy. Within 40-50 days, they create a hell of a model, make a set of pictures, turntables, and a 40s animation, that's pretty impressive.
