Aegisub has frame accurate timing options, no idea which options you're using to limit yourself this much in terms of accuracy.
Use the left/right arrows to go frame-by-frame in the video, while on the last frame the subtitles should be displayed use Timing-->Snap End to Video. Vice versa for Snap Start to Video.

I loaded your subs into Aegisub to confirm and it was no issue fixing the timing this way.

Hello guys! New on this thread.
I have watched the subs on rule34 and now found out about this thread. I want to ask if the subs on this thread is better on rule34? And if so can you guys link me. Cuz theres a lot of subs link on here and i dont know which is the best. Thanks!

The one on R34V are from here, so frankly no real difference beside getting it first here. Either that or waiting for someone to upload the new video to R34V

It just ASMR, the only image is the cover blendy make for it

There no clear point on timeline (and to be honestly you shouldn't think about it much since the swimsuit video blendy currently make seem to be separate timeline anyway)
The story is some random guy found out about rumor that you can ask her for "that kind of stuff" (or he blackmailed her I kind of forgot already it been a while)
and so she did and while she help wipe you out, she tell story about her "experience" like her first time, when she got gang bang by teacher, when on pe class, etc. (but it all the scene there never video been make)
So you get a bit more lore from it.

Seems like blendy may want to do a reverse cinematic aspect ratio transition, having black borders grow from the sides to narrow the screen
That or introduce a diegetic limiting of the view using an obstacle, but I personally think narrowing the screen would be an interesting take on an established modern cinematic technique
