every download link ive tried only has General_Practitioner.app folder in it what no PC version only mac and android?

kinda confused, i remember this game from months(possibly longer) ago, and way back then, it had incest, your sister(and her daughter). is this the same game? or did they just remove it?(haven't donwloaded it since then,version 11 or less, but just looking at it, no incest tags so.

From what i remember of the old version incest will be part of the game. Been a while since i played, there is some content with the sister no sex as of yet but if you read op i think there's the roadmap on there with when sister story gets added. I think ATM there's no incest tag due to not much content with her. I could be completely wrong but from whats already in game i get a distinct sister is wet for your dick vibe.
Edit according to roadmap relative story gets added last mont. Not sure if this is the most recent version tho. However the sex scenes in game leave alot to be desired. They are by far not the best. This is mainly a medical game with adult content thrown in to get more people to play

Thanks for informing me, I liked the game, but I'm waiting for more content so I had no idea if incest was removed because of steam(?) or something like that, I know some developers don't even do incest patches out of a fear of getting their game/account banned, at least on patreon.

Downloaded game checked it out the incest content is in game. However it's very meh. Honestly as this is apparently a finished route I would look elsewhere for incest games. Plus the sex scenes seem to be getting worse.
Is there a compression wizard watching this one? Thanks to whoever can squeeze this thing down.
is think her name is claudia and they have sex. but after dev took some "moral police" shit in this forum about the child patients and the shower scene with claudia and her daughter he won't be very much supportive about tag and content in her direction, i guess.

I've had to restart this a few times so I took some time away. When I played before it seemed to have a incestous slant to it with regards to the sister, but this time through it seems to be gone. Was I wrong about that slant? Was I right and its gone? Was I right and it has a patch, or what?

Did I get a bug? After the festival date where I kissed Claudia, I seem to be stuck In an ever repeating loop of meeting her at the park.

Incest is still part of the game, nothing has been removed in any way. Niece content, instead, was never intended to be present as it would involve an underage character.

Wow... reading the latest change log all I see is, "made the game FAR more grindy..."
It's a surprising and interesting world all on its own. For a while I thought it was weird that the medical student at the pool was completely unimpressed by my attempts to teach her. I mean, even a mediocre GP should be able to teach a fresh medical student _something_, right? A few days later a woman came to the clinic with 'genital issues,' and I successfully diagnosed her with prostate cancer. Now I see why the med school girl thinks I'm crap.

That's something very odd... prostate cancer shouldn't even appear for a female patient at all... I'll check things out.
