The fix is in the OP, but the instructions on how to properly apply the fix are not in the OP, they are in posts in this thread. This is why I recommend using the forum search feature.

the game has flaws, especially after september, and when you have more than a girlfriend, but you said that the game will start to take full shape after 0.24, so is not even an alpha, as alpha stage is intended for a game that is completed but raw.
Steps are : project, meaning is just the idea of a game or a little bit more.
in dev, we are bulding it, and is easier if you have the whole story already done.
a stage that is not listed and i call "let me check it again" normally is related to issues between divisions and is normally managed by our andrej & C, when he wear his Mickey Mouse ears, and two bottles of zubrowka on the desk.
alpha stage, the game is nearly working, testing.
beta stage, the game is ready, ( server testing for online gaming ), but for commercial reasons is better to release it when another SH release a major game so we affect their sales, their stocks drop and we can buy them.
RFR, marked as ready for release, same as before but HQ decide the final release, the marketing budget ( including gifts for some reviewers ) and the post release budget for DLC's.
Is not this easy but is the easiest way to explain it.
P.S. Hitoshi if you are reading this you can't fire me, none of the above are covered by art. 4.

The game is in development, Early Access on Steam, but it's not complete at all... Why's the game broken after september? It should work fine with events and such...
Also, having more than a girlfriend should work unless you force the game (this feature was made for testing purposes only and has been removed from 0.0.24), but there's no jealousy mechanic or whatsoever until more updates get released (Claudia will react to your other relationships starting with 0.0.24).

i had rita as one of the girlfriend, the "siscug" living with me, i did the "strange homicide" quest, and at half december i had a call from rita that asked me to do the same quest again, than the same quest in february...........
how many people know this girl is dead................
than i had a call from kiko sking me to spend the xmas with her family 'couse she had a talk with claudia, but nothing happen and on xmas i was with claudia and "shady bastard bob"
edit i cheated the game 2 times judith and kamil, nothing more

The first one is a bug, the 2nd isn't. If you have more than one girlfriend the christmas event will play in a priority order, because of course there can't be more than one event at any given time. Kiko asking you to go is a mistake which will be fixed, however spending time with Claudia ("siscug" is her variable name in the game's code) is always top priority if you are in a romance with her as well.

before i forget one of my friend told me that with rita he went to the "special happy massage" where normally the mc go, but rita still ask if mc remember how was the evening at the massage with the guy and want to invite him, but the massage she mention never happened.

I stopped supporting this mainly cus everytime I leaked the latest version I got flamed on here and banned on patreon. Has this game improved in the last couple updates released here or is it still just about medicine with aweful sex scenes? Just wondering if it's worth repledging. This is after all an adult site and I only like the game for the girls I screw up every medical exam way too hard
Downloaded the bug fix, deleted the .rpy files corresponding to the file names in the bug fix, unzipped to games folder and I still get the online shop bug.
Does it help to restart? Wouldn't want to spend time retrying if it's useless.
edit: Well, it seems to have worked. Old save's still corrupted, though.

Download file for PC from Mega has "-mac" in his name. That's how it supposed to be or it is a file for Mac users?

the funny thing is, that some of the medical treatments are actually wrong. understand everything else you wrote there and your decision. i hope you will still post some links on f95 that deserve ya attention ^^.
