I can only imagine.LOL.
Random exams still need to be thoroughly tested. There are so many possible outcomes that sometimes it's very hard to find them all. For example there was about a 3% probability of catching a bug where an adult female (number 8 on a D12 roll) was to get a Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (number 40 on a D60 roll). Well, someone caught that, I could never met the bug for the laws of probability at all!
IMO those random encounters doesn't impact much on the gameplay and attempting to fix everything now, will be too much work.
I think the development time would be better placed at fixing scripted encounters and adding more content.
An idea to collect data could be. At your patron page ask to all your contributors to send a list of found bugs only for scripted events, then you place them on a to do list, once you acquire a decent amount of bugs, you can dedicate the time to fix them. I suppose this will be more efficient than trying to fix as people keep reporting, since it will change the focus of development constantly.
Maybe also this forum could use an edit on the OP. With a e-mail that you create to send bug reports only?
Just an idea.
I mean, it's so hard to find an autistic that won't give away, based on the body language, eye contact, vocal pattern, awareness of surrounding, control of stress. No, that's not true. There are many forms of autism (which is not an illness "per-se" but it is better described as "autism spectrum disorder"). Many people affected by ASD can have conversations and live a normal life as well, yet they got the disorder.
Based on the encounter, he seemed pretty normal, but I've to assume that's the engine limitations.
Nah I haven't talked with Xuan. You sure she wasn't sent by Mr. Xuan? In that case, based on your dealings with him, you might get just 50$ from a patient regardless of the outcome.
I just go to the office normaly clicked on "perform next exam in the line" She showed up without schedule, the nurse toke pitty when saw she had been beaten and let her in.
Then I did everything pretty much that would earn points. I haven't asked all the question, maybe that's why I should've earned 450$, but in practice I did only 50$.

There's so much that can be done. Just imagine, a patient come complaining about abdominal pain, then the doctor diagnostic it as cancer, he will also say this in a very advanced stage and the patient only has a couple weeks left. Those are interesting ideas. I can safely tell you that development on GP won't be halted after the 1.0 release, quite the opposite in fact. While I will focus on other projects I hope you'll enjoy (both adult/porn ones and not), GP will keep being updated with new situations, and your suggestion is quite nice in fact
He'll incentive the patient to call to the parents to say the fare well. And when he's broken, he can say "oops, my bad, it was a mistake, you're probably fine"
Maybe even apply a inflamatory injection or a little bit adrenaline? Just to make it a little bit more real?
Could also have all sorts of twisted parnership as well.
Such as getting patients from insurance because you'll be offering bare minimal exams, in order to cut the costs. Maybe even doing things with wrong tools/poorly adaptations, poor hygiene, etc.
Parthership with funenary... Prescribing unneded/expensive medication in order to get some commission from it.
So many possibilities...
