Ok few words, in Italy we have a huge problem with game devs, there are only 2 major devs i will mention 1 "motoGP", and few scattered mini team, anyway i do not work for them even if i am a dev, but for the first time in years i'm proud of an Italian dev, and now some words in Italian:
Bravo, si capisce quanto il gioco sia ramificato nel suo sviluppo, e richiederà tempo, non condivido i polls, semplicemente perchè la storia in linea di massima la vedo già scritta e dovresti raccontare la tua storia, peraltro ottima, non quella che la gente vuole.
Detto questo, complimenti per il lavoro e la cura nei dialoghi, a tempo perso e DLC permettendo se ti serve qualche consiglio sarò lieto di aiutare, a condizione che il mio nome NON risulti nei titoli, o mi licenziano.

According to their patron page, it's out and has been like a long time ago. Too bad it's not here, I had issues with the previous game version(despite the fix). This game is kinda like one of a kind !
Until the shop bug gets fixed, I will be playing other games.
As for what's bugged with the shop?
After the very first time I used the shop, any other save I made afterward would load to the shop before I had used any money.
As for the shop itself? The Blood Sample upgrade that says it costs 3000 can be bought when you have just under 2000.

I have now tested some more. Loading a save before the first time opening the shop yields positive results.
However, merely opening the shop, to then close it without doing anything, and then making a save, causes the new save to load into the shop.
This makes me believe there's something wrong with the game's shop.

After deciding what to do with your relationship, players will be asked to face a number of events involving her and her family as well, each with three different paths to take and all leading to the romance climax at the end of the game.

Hey guys, just started playing. My first patient was a 9y.o kid. Margherita.
When I did head/ear examination the doctor didn't detected anything. Same for general inspection.
However she does have Cradle Cap. Her image portrait doesn't seem to show, also ain't she a little bit too old for that illness?
First question how in the hell I am supposed to know she had that?
Second, she came healthy to make a annuary exam. It seems that cheecking her legs and back (I think) did upset her parents, even though they did sent a perfectly health kid (or so appeared) to do a complete check up. So how exactly doing the completel job, is actually a bad thing? Her parents should be on their knees thanking a thoughtfully examination if anything.

Did everything correct by the book, she was very pleased and earned 500$.
However the medical border score was: Disaster. Fame -3.
Also urine analysis displayed as 'not done' but I did. Couldn't do the blood analysis, option didn't showed.
Dunno if it has been fixed already or not, but posting anyways.

Then I guess the OP is a bit outdated, which would make sense, I guess, since I think you mentioned Patreons get new releases earlier. So, guess it's the waiting game for the fixed version gets uploaded here before I play it.

Just to be clear, the most recent version available on F95 is 0.0.21.6. The .6 patch is attached in the OP separately from the download links. The version number in this thread's title was never updated.
Well now, that certainly explains why the supposed fixed version didn't work as it should have, I wasn't even aware that the attached file was a patch for the version in the OP itself.
I had kind of just figured it was some old leftover attachment from several months ago that hadn't been removed, would be an idea to add a little hint toward the attachments near the section of the OP where you download the most recent version.
At any rate, thanks for clearing that up for me, and everyone can disregard my previous messages, as it turns out everything I mentioned seems to have been fixed long before I mentioned them xD

So... A few more 'experiences' with random encounters.
There was this black 17y.o girl that had some sort of mental illness, don't remember what exactly.
I've prescribed some psychotropic drugs, then got a message that it was wrong, because it wasn't fully tested on young people blablabla, the correct answer was nothing.
Then I got 2 other random encounters with mental illness people, both under 18. one was 5y.o boy IIRC.
for both I had to prescribe psychotropic... I just love the consistency.
Still on random encounters branch. I got a boy which answered almost all questions, seemed to be aware of his surrounding and had no trouble at focusing, understanding and making a conversation.
His diagnistics was... Autism... WTF? He did some circles on his hands, but come on, autist people have trouble on making convertions.
And there was a lot more issues. I don't even care anymore honestly.

Got her status oustanding, did everything correct. In the end I supposed to earn 450$ but only got 50$ instead. Maybe didn't score the full 500 because some questions? I have no idea.

Off topic ish.
One of the parts that I most enjoy on this game, was the completely insane diagnostics that I could prescribe.
Would be nice if the patients react more on them, and I could actually try to convince them to do something completely unreal, just for the sake of it.
Maybe a different mode, like "scrub doctor" after you've finished the game story and ironed all the bugs that is.
Then could also remove the message "It was unnecessary to do a genital exam," and maybe do things with the patients such as. 'helping' females to reach orgasm when they come to get a health certificate or maybe give a sleep drug to a husband and try something on his uniterested wife. Or maybe just play the surgeon.
Maybe just more dark humour. I mean, it's a game after all.

Random exams still need to be thoroughly tested. There are so many possible outcomes that sometimes it's very hard to find them all. For example there was about a 3% probability of catching a bug where an adult female (number 8 on a D12 roll) was to get a Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (number 40 on a D60 roll). Well, someone caught that, I could never met the bug for the laws of probability at all!
No, that's not true. There are many forms of autism (which is not an illness "per-se" but it is better described as "autism spectrum disorder"). Many people affected by ASD can have conversations and live a normal life as well, yet they got the disorder.
You sure she wasn't sent by Mr. Xuan? In that case, based on your dealings with him, you might get just 50$ from a patient regardless of the outcome.

Those are interesting ideas. I can safely tell you that development on GP won't be halted after the 1.0 release, quite the opposite in fact. While I will focus on other projects I hope you'll enjoy (both adult/porn ones and not), GP will keep being updated with new situations, and your suggestion is quite nice in fact
