Unfortunately, that only shows what to do after you've gotten the security chip from the box in room 8. Where do you find the skeleton key for the box in room 8 so that you can get the security chip?

When you unlock 2nd door inside you can find Katherine's Hat among few other things.

After threesome follow Simon but through library. If you go east and south inside the main hall game freeze. Well it freezes on v54032.
