you are right. the grind without any good reward and the missing opportunity to fast skip the text was too much. but it is weird to me that quests that you could complete in episode 2 actually transfer to ep3. well you never stop learning

That quest is a ep3 exclusive. You have to be the queen of the ShinyHole for it to be active. Becoming the queen is almost the last quest of the ShinyHole in ep2 apart from working as a waitress after becoming queen. It's a little follow up quest from Molly's and Monica's antics from ep2 that happen before Monica is the queen.
I agree with you Vimmers that it was obvious he hadn't played ep2 for him to be having issues navigating that quest. The ep3 quest plays out very similar in ep2.
I could mention games that are similar in a way that they contain all or some of the tags / themes like: prostitution, corruption, BDSM, female protagonist.
BUT (!), the last time I posted similar but not identical games and mentioned several games, my post was deleted by the moderator. I think it violates the forum rules to give recommendations inside of a thread dedicated to a specific game.

Fashion Business is nearing completion, so I am also devoting time to developing my next project. I am already squeezing the most out of the current technology (DAZ3D + 3dsMAX), so I plan to switch to Blender. This will significantly improve the visual aspect of the future game and open up a lot of space for creating much cooler animations.
This requires me to master new technologies and create a wide range of scripts for Blender.
I plan to present you with a new project this year, which is expected to be even better than Fashion Business!
However, don’t worry about Monica. Even after the game is finished, I plan to periodically release small updates that will develop additional storylines.

Time for some juicy news!
It’s been a while since we shared any updates on Monica’s upcoming adventures… Let’s fix that!
The story is rapidly approaching its grand finale, and in the next update, Monica will finally go on the last date in the husband casting arc. Only one candidate left — Mr. Campbell. Sounds like the final chord, right? But you know Monica… things never go as planned.
Monica has plenty of enemies. And those enemies? They’ve got dirt on her. This time, some spicy secrets from her “private” escapades will surface — and right in the middle of the date! What exactly comes to light, and how Monica deals with it (or doesn’t)… you’ll find out very soon. If she makes it through the whole night, let’s just say the rewards will be worth it. A very satisfying ending awaits.
This is one of the biggest and most packed scenes in the upcoming update. Twists, revelations, temptation, scandal — everything you crave, and then some.
This is just the first dev report. More to come in the next few days — we’ll spill the tea on other scenes too. And the best news? All dialogues are already written, and our team is working on art and animation across all fronts simultaneously, at full speed.
