Oh, I was trying to figure out a way that didn't have the exact same result, but I am kind of starting to see that I can't avoid becoming her bitch and keep the job?
That first scene in the bar will happen. The need to "become her bitch" to keep the job? Not necessarily.

That is one possible happy ending, for sure. :)
Can you spoiler me the others?
When say happy i mean good job+Tony. I managed to get the good job but lisa is with Tony and that seamed like one of the worst endings according to the inner dialog.
Also is there anyway you can fuck over Lisa?

1.I got get the job, be alone and serve the judge from time to time.
2.The same but replace judge with king.
3. Get the job, be alone and forced to serve Eve.

The Eve + MC relationship was extremely attractive to me; well done! My only suggestion is to add dialogue to some of the epilogues, or the sense of humiliation doesn't quite come through.

Okay. Thanks for letting me know. :)

I've seen you comment that you will not make another game of this type. Can I ask why? Did you lose interest? Want to try something different?
One of the reasons I wanted to do this game was to learn how to do it. I now know how to do it, and would prefer to try something new going forward. This game took a LOT of time, too. I can't really commit the time if I'm just repeating myself.

That's my current thinking anyway.

I deliberately chose not to use dialogue in the epilogue, to give it a dreamy quality. I can see what you mean, though.

Loved this. I agree with someguy about the epilogues though, I feel the impact of the ending would be increased dramatically with a little bit more of an actual scene for each character's ending if you went far enough to achieve it. It may be that I haven't seen the endings where this happens (I tried to get Christine by on actually doing work as much as possible) and I understand that it would balloon the work on the end of the game but I do feel it would make a substantial difference.

Yes, well, I was aiming for "not the best" for sure. :)

The development speed was not, in fact, as fast as it appeared. I plan to post a short note after posting the final version, but the game took about 14 months to create.
Great. Realistic expectations are a good feat ^^

But seriously, good isn't bad. And compared to the (in my opinion) really high-quality games in the genre, the game is still missing something. The number of renderings isn't that high, we usually only have a background with sprites and rarely complete scenes. They stand also for very long and there are seldom several perspectives and so on. In addition, the characters are quite rigid and don't have a lot of facial expressions.

There is simply still air to the top and that is in my opinion a good thing :) - I am looking forward to a next project and am sure that this will be even better.

In my ratings list the game got a 6.5 and is on place 65/317. For comparison. Melody got an 8 from me, just like DfD or Haley's Story. Waifu Academy got a 7. To name just a few.

But you didn't notice the 14 months here or did I overlook the game for so long? From 0.3 to 0.9 was felt very short.

I like what you created so much that I feel bad for supporting lesser games :p

I can see your point. However, as indicated, I was trying to go for a very different feeling in the epilogue, to separate it from what went before. Once the "Happy New Year" fades and the fake Bach-like music takes over, I wanted the "camera" to pull back a bit, leaving the MC's point of view and letting the narrator take over. I envisioned an almost dream like quality, as the images appeared and disappeared under a very minimal narration, with the music floating behind.

Perhaps a different approach might have worked better, but that's what I was trying to achieve.
