The one thing I didnt like was to have to lock other girl's paths or Becca automatically ends your relationship, even tho she doesnt knows about them and nothing different happens. Thats called 'metagame' on RPG, shes using knowledge from outside the game world to make her choices

Its very late that it makes any difference.
The unlock/lock option on the menu makes so the game ignores any issue you would have by being on a relationship with them, its very handy and you can just skip many issues you could have by just locking right before a scene.
