Why are there so many monthly posts in that patreon? Sorry dude but I can't be a patreon of some dev who posts regularly about the state of his/her project, that kind of attitude just lowers the "quality and creativity" of the product.

He's saying it's necessary for the devs to take this much time in-between releases in order for the finished floor to have good writing, good CGs and not be a half-assed mess. By his logic any of the floors that came before (since this is the first time that it's taking the devs half a year to come out with a new update) must have bad CGs, bad writing or be unfinished trash.
You clearly did comprehend what he’s saying. Or you haven’t been keeping up to date on the size of the 7th floor. It’s much larger than any of the other floors, and will have much more content than the previous ones. meaning that the quality of the game is increasing; thus the delays. To rush out a floor just to sate your boner would dilute the quality of it. I’m not a fan of delays and I’m personally getting tired of them, but what’s more exhausting is the whining of people who don’t understand how much of an undertaking this game is.
It used to be halloween-level with only 2 exceptions: Karen and Cobra (and maybe Lily?), now it's much more for all of them, and that's the reason behind the delays. That's what Koda says at least.
To be fair they used to be, until they were expanded. Go and compare the CG quality of Karen's fight to Scarlett's, and that's excluding the subplot.
See, the problem with you people is that you think quantity equals quality. If you actually think that the earlier floors weren't so great quality-wise, then just look at Miss Claus' floor, I'd say the quality for that one is on par with 6F.
Yes, if floor 5 were to come out today, we would wait until both Cobra and Lily were done which is a bad thing
But I am still excited for the updates and I do think they will deliver IKR especially since part 2 of the 2 part update is being released with the next floor which has not got a release date and when it does it will probably have a delay which will cause koda to release part 2 earlier than the floor anyway
