Wow i like the lights in this render. How did you menaged to get this result?
The image is straight from the render with no post work other than reducing the resolution. The effect predominately comes from a HDRI used in conjunction with Iray Interior Camera - . There are some emissive surfaces in the scene as well, however they don't contribute much to the character lighting. The HDRI is from Iradiance Light Probes - . The nice skin hues are a result of the presence of some yellow and red in the HDRI I selected.

Many artists consider HDRI's as the amateur method of lighting as it's 'easy'. However when effectively used it can generate superior results and also massively cut down your render times. The image I posted earlier was 200 iterations (I could have probably got away with 50 iterations). As another example the image below is the same environment, just with the HDRI rotated. I did tweak the contrast a little in post work with the image below.

without it, then what would there be to see?
The decorations obviously! flowers on the tables? Classy! Little easteregs! Like the girl outside peeping. Or that the purple light lines on the table making no sense.
Not the girl. Obviously not checking out the girl first and foremost. We had enough girls.. i mean.. we had, right? Its not like we couldn't get enough, ever.. or that i'm fascineted by toned legs.. or whats that weird thing over her head while wonder what she could do with her tongue.. or if she wears anything below that latex dress.. these kinda things are like totally below me

:geek: All good mentions. I will say, that is her hand on her head. Lol Everything else is probably better to look at, I agree. Although without the lights, as I inferred before. There'd be nothing to see. ;)
Here are a few better views for you. :sneaky:(y)

It's funny that some consider 'easy' as bad. I mean, the less I have to worry about and the easier it is to light the more time I can spend on everything else. Definitely agree that HDRI's tend to cut down on the render times, especially if there's a big space for the light to get through and they can produce some lovely results. At the end of the day, we're just trying to make some good sexy images, not become the next Michaelangelo.
