I have tried this for like two weeks game time. Her states are fully filled, It is very strange that I hardly ever find her in her room, more to that the a few times she's in, there was no event trigger just normal talks.

I think its available if you have the guitar skill, and after the event of Sasha's band, where you meet Kleio and Anna. After that, you can visit the studio every Friday night.

I think that one is misleading: it's actually happens in kitchen or living room.
This is my experience....
* Walkthrough for Sasha and Bree 3somes
1. I would suggest y'all finish both of their stories first (Bree's quest ends after you finish her contest at cafe. But the hints still asks you to see her in her bedroom during the day (in living room in the previous patch); and even after you've already seen her bowsett cosplay, so I think it's a bug)
2. Max out their Love points (100), and Lesbian point at 50% for both of them, Kink points doesn't matter.
3. Date and sleep with either of em to 3 times.
4. At one night, around 19-20pm, stay in living room and it will trigger the scene that they found out you've slept with both of em. If their Lesbian points are lower than 25%, they will both leave. If one of them are 50%, that girl will stay and other leave. If both of them are 50%, they will stay with you.
5. If they both of em stay with you; from now on, you can sleep with both of em at same time.
Around 20pm, when both of them are in kitchen, asking one of them to sleep with you and other will ask to join as well; you can also have the double BJ if watching porn together with both of em.
6. So far, can't ask for double date...
If you have no options to ask them to sleep with you in the kitchen, just level their Kink points to about 40%

If Kleio's lesbian point is less than 50%, she will leave; If they both have 50% lesbian points, after the practice or wait, they will ask you to invite them for double date ----> 3somes
4. To get the 4somes, You will need the lesbian points of those 3: Sasha, Anna, Kleio up to 75%. Because on the next time you come to the studio, Sasha will ask you about what is going on between you and other 2. If the lesbian points of those 3 are just 50%, Sasha will just tease you out----> no 4somes. But if those are 75%, she will ask you to tell others 2 that she wanna join the funs.
5. After the talk with Sasha at studio (21pm) you can just go to your living room, after some talks and the first 4somes will be triggered
6. You can get the 2nd 4somes by next week at studio. But, if you still have times after the first 4somes (before 23pm), just go to the studio and it will also trigger the 2nd one.

Got the scene in the living room with the magazine. Had the whole summer season with bree and sasha in the afternoon on the weekend, particularly Sunday(the only time they are together at the pool) and nothing, just the option to play with them at the pool. No talk or eveent about the breast size to trigger Sasha's breast enlargement event. Is there another requirement?
Do you know how to get the bimbo sasha scene? Also, do you know how to get the 2 new harem scenes?
About the changing Sasha hair into blonde, at some points in living room around 19-20pm. Their will be a conversation that she asks your opinion on blonde girl after noticing you paid too much attention to Bree. Then she will asks you if you like Blonde girl or not. If you said yes, you prefer blonde. Few days or weeks later, in the living room again, she will dye her hair and asks you if you like it; if yes, she will keep it from now on; if no, she will turn back into her original hair.
I haven't paid that much of conditions to trigger that scene yet, but I think it must be due to the kink points and I got the trigger of this scene on most of my playthrough with 50%> kink points.
About her breast implant; haven't tried it out yet, but i remember it will take 4 conversation for that with similar conditions to the hair.
New harem scenes...not yet

Game still breaks after making the ONLY choice that is GOOD... meaning telling Sasha to get bigger tits... After I did that, all the options to talk to girls or offer gifts or anything during dates and such simply vanish...
I hope Andrealphus can fix this bug soon... seems its been persistent for many since the first update where you can tell Sasha you want to her expand her melons...
