I have to say, the fight with the guy assaulting the women is the absolute shittiest game mechanic I have ever seen. He heals if you miss a hit, he heals if you save and reload, he hits right through the block. It took me a solid 40 tries to finally beat him and that was through sheer luck. If the developer is reading this, you almost lost a player right there and you NEED to fix it.

I tried many different tactics. Seemed like no matter what I did, he countered it until I finally got lucky. Regardless it is an absolutely shitty game mechanic.
