2 failed mission max (there's some battle that you can lose but still treated as success) from Prologue till the end of chapter 3. From chapter 4 forward you can fail the mission as much as you want, tho there's only 1 mission that you can fail after chapter 3.

I don't understand what you mean by "there's only 1 mission that you can fail after chapter 3" since you're telling me that i can fail ANY mission on ch4, which IS after ch3. Or do you mean there is one mission i CAN'T fail after ch3?
Knight's route chapter 4 onward is mostly linear and you can't fail the mission no matter what you do. There's only one mission that you can lose the battle for H-scene and that's it. Well, i might worded it wrongly before since i'm not a native english speaker but what i meant to say is "While the requirement isn't forced anymore, there's only 1 mission that you can fail so there's not much in it.".
You can. Use Cheat engine. The formula to use is <number> x2+1. So if u searching for 100, type in 100*2+1 in cheat engine. Search for 4byte type value. CAUTION!!! DO NOT CHANGE THE VALUE TO AN EVEN NUMBER. You will crash the game.
Kill human after defeating them in battle or other occasions. Lv2 at around 25 kills and Lv3 at 50 kills.
I JUST unlocked the lesbian one by getting the Drifter ending with Annette alive. You get a scene with her at the end and it unlocks after that.
Nice. Now I need only to know the virgin one. I will wait to enter the Drifter route as I fear it may block me from doing that and I don't want to reload an old save.
You can get lesbian elements during resistance route too. I can't remember the exact chapter but after you rescued EK, go talk to item merchant in Trision and buy a wine from him. After that go to EK, give the wine to him then go to sleep. Choose to not ready your blade and you'll get Clacier x Eliza lesbo scene. As for the virgin one i can't manage to find it too, maybe it because ver1.04 that i played were bugged (there's 2 H scene not accessible due to bug). I'm guessing it must be either on Resistance or Drifter route.
