sorry, i don't have mac,so i can't test the version myself, what I do in mac ver is only compressing renpy build distribution with Cruncher from this site,and then pack it back, I don't know if it's somehow ruining some files and make the game can't be opened, any other mac user experiencing same problem?

That might be the problem. You should compress it then put it in Ren'Py SDK and let Ren'Py build a mac dist so the file permissions for Macs are preserved. If you use any other compression program on Windows, it'll screw the file permissions.
Edited.. if you let Ren'Py handle the dist and compression, it does it correctly so it can be used with Macs.

I don't get some points in the story.
MC is not sleeping with his girlfriend but instead with his mother.
In the moral-path, MC is acting foolish and naive with the mom.
I mean he is questioning actions but follows her around like a puppy, is kissing her like it's normal and asks her dumb questions like, why she is taking a photo (restaurant toilet). Why? If he was moral, he wouldn't even kiss her, much less getting her hand on his boner.^^
End of 0.4 the girlfriend is single? How comes?

Jenna being singles is just Candace lies to try to break the GF with the MC and matchmaking her with her business colleagues
well,for moral path,the reason he still following her mom like puppies is because a deep conditioning from previous session with Dr.Lily in last version, the moral path is where he keep question his own action and begin to break from the deep conditioning again, hence it is feel weird at this point as this is still a setup

The genre has 2 of my favorite things and it looks kinda anime

I always find a game like this where I like the premise but from the wrong perspective. Someday I will be able to play as an evil female MC doing this type of game as the doctor versus ALWAYS having to play a beta incel cuck loser boy. Oh well, I am happy for those that like it

So far it is a lot of build up with little action. I recommend those interested to wait a few months before bothering.

To be honest,I also like evil female MC,and someday maybe after I threading this path long enough and gather much experience,i will develop an Female evil MC game, at the start of writing ver 0.1, I use Dr.Lili as my main anchor point of writing then change it to male MC, what made me hesitate to write using female evil MC is i don't do enough research yet,i'm afraid that i can't develop her character well enough and thus making the game linear, people said 'writing is projection of your mind',and I not ready yet to write one deliciously Evil without forsaking my sanity. In the end, it is easier to write the paper-white MCI always find a game like this where I like the premise but from the wrong perspective.
