Yeah, yeah, Starfire, a victim of enforced slavery by her sister and years of rape is a natural slut, and Harley, a battered girlfriend who is fiercely loyal to her abuser or in a caring relationship with Poison Ivy, are natural sluts. Suuuuure, let's ignore the character development.
While Ivy and Harley's realationship is a bit more "caring" than Harley and Joker's one, Ivy has also been pretty abusive towards Harley throughout the years.

staffire is a natural slut. Harley is natural slut. etc.etc.
jinx is just a random girl that looks silly. that's it. there are far more prettier women than her.
I agree quite a bit. I mean, like on Zone video, now that was awesome. But somehow SR7 version of Jinx is somewhat... lacking.. I think she needs to do some really kinky or crazy stuff. What could she do I don't know. I guess some tentacles or Cyborg hardcore rape? But Hell, I don't like the idea of SR7 spending another month designing another female character, much less a male character

Yes. It's even referenced in Something Unlimited. The Starfire in the game is loosely based off of a fucked up hybrid of the comics and the Teen Titans cartoon. In truth Starfire is much more similar to Wonder Woman in demeanor. She's serious and stalwart, stubborn and severe. All of that is cut by a caring nature, a charming demeanor and a touch of naivety, but ultimately Starfire would burn someone to death without much hesitation if she viewed it as absolutely necessary. Why? Well because Komand'r, Blackfire, was robbed of her natural ability to convert ultraviolet light into usable energy to power her flight, super strength, starbolts and so on. That lead her to be stripped of her position as the crown princess in favor of Starfire. So what does Komand'r do? She runs away, allies herself with the enemies of the Tamaraneans, comes back and conquers Tamaran, and Starfire's father sold her off to those enemies to barter for peace. So Starfire spends the next six years enduring slavery, torture and rape before she and Komand'r were sold off to the Psions who performed brutal experiments on them, leading eventually to Komand'r regaining her powers, turning on Koriand'r again and leaving her to die. Starfire escaped to Earth where subsequent decades of character "development" flanderized her into a naive buffoon who likes sum fuk.

Yeah I wish people knew how fucked up the titans comics actually were in the 60's and 70's, one of the biggest peves I have is everyone thinks the line up from the cartoon was he original titan lineup when they were actually the 2nd incarnation of the Titans in the comics the orignal line up being Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Wonder Doll (donna troy), and Speedy with others like Hawk and Dove, Bumblebee and Herald/Vox. Hell Gnarrk was a Titan before Cyborg, Beast Boy, Raven and Starfire.

Anybody else getting a hard crash trying to do anything with Mercy? As soon as any of the animated scenes for the HJ and beyond brick the game and spit out a crash report.

Bugfix Tomorrow
We know the radio silence isn’t fun, but it’s something that happens from time to time. We greatly appreciate all our fans who wait patiently during times like this, and we hope that our eventual payoff always makes the wait worthwhile.
The Vixen bug fix is slated for release tomorrow and it’s looking like it’s basically going to be a secondary update of sorts given the amount of content being added.
“But… MAH SUPERGIRL UPDATE!”
A lot of people have voiced their concerns over how this whole bugfix “delay” will affect the upcoming release schedule. However, a lot of these concerns assume a few things that just aren’t true, like:
  • All this time has been spent on bug fixing.
We’ll be honest, it hasn’t. SR7 usually takes a break after going through the update crunch period, and sometimes that break is taken before work begins on any bugfix version. Yes, we want to get bugfixes out as soon as possible, especially when things wind up hella borked, but it does nobody any good if SR7 kills himself in the process.
You still had some new content. SR7 knew he had a lot of shit to go through and just came off a torrid update cycle that included a pretty nasty process issue surprise. So the man went ahead and took his post-update break. If that infuriates you or if you think that’s “lazy” behavior, you’re entitled to your opinion, but we’re going to always focus more on the long game over the short term - which means prioritizing the mental and physical health of those who work for GG.
In addition to him taking this break, SR7’s first day back was also not bugfix related. We have some other things we’re cooking up – that we hope to share later this month – and his services were required in another direction for a brief moment. We’re an indie studio with very limited resources and decided pushing the bugfix a day and giving SR7 something else to come back to that wasn’t the slog he’d just taken a break from wouldn’t be a big deal.
  • The Supergirl update requires just as much content as every other update.
First of all, as anyone who’s paid attention to the past streams should know, SR7 already got ahead on the Supergirl update a bit before shit hit the fan with the Vixen update. The Supergirl update is also going to enjoy some silver-lining-esque benefits from the Vixen issues too, which will primarily help the update not run into the time management issues so many of you are concerned about.

This doesn’t mean issues aren’t still possible – we can’t predict the future – but, as everything stands at time of writing, we’re confident the Supergirl update is still on track meet its deadline window with a lot less issues than the Vixen update experienced.
The plans for the rest of this year are a continuation of the last 8 months.
… we’ll discuss this more in September. ; )
Shout Out to Our Fans and the GG Community!
Overall, a lot of the community has been much more understanding and patient this time around than in the past and we want to give that some recognition. We know borked updates aren’t fun for anyone and that the amount of time it’s taking for us to fix our core pipeline with the Rebuild can be confusing and frustrating.
We didn’t want to pause development and not provide you all with the regular content updates you’re used to, but there are core dev issues that have gotten progressively worse and that have made this year particularly hellish for us and you. We appreciate the understanding, patience and continued support many of you have shown. It has not gone unnoticed or been taken for granted.
Thank you,

I truly believed that we wouldn't get a bug fix but hey, better late than never. I decided not to complain because being a jerk helps nothing the development. Also, I'm getting this game for free, like almost everyone else here...

God, he's so full of shit. "We had a torrid development cycle this time!" Yeah, so you should have actually kept people updated and told them to expect less and that it would be made up for in the next update instead of just saying nothing and provide an update with the primary character missing half its content and the two back up characters, who shouldn't have been prioritized over the primary, releasing with half of the content not working. I don't care if he's lazy, I expect that out of patreon developers, what I care about is proper lines of communication. You'd be surprised how much people can forgive if they don't feel like they're being lied to.

Funnily enough, Vixen didnt have "half" her content, there was basically 0, it was an outfit that didnt work properly and that's it?

Also, Rose wasnt working AT ALL

So, the update was basically just the few Jinx scenes

This doesn’t mean issues aren’t still possible – we can’t predict the future
But you actually can when the issues are 100% intentional, and only your diehard fans eat up your excuses

He's so overworked he might kill himself? Sounds like the billing and dev cycles should be paused until that's resolved. Or at least extending the development cycle again. Wasn't that one of the justifications for the last extension? If the artist dies won't that affect the l-
we’re going to always focus more on the long game over the short term
exactly.
there are core dev issues that have gotten progressively worse and that have made this year particularly hellish for us and you.
That sounds like a long term problem. Enough to justify pausing $13,777 a month to stop and resolve it, for the sake of the team's ment-
which means prioritizing the mental and physical health of those who work for GG.
exactly.
We didn’t want to pause development
Lol, they should have posted just this single sentence so it could hang out near the top of the screen with the $13,777 still in the frame.

That's out of line! I can't be furious while I'm laughing this hard :ROFLMAO:

So we will ignore bugs from previous update and focus on this one, and when we get around to fixing them it will likely break this as well. So we are spinning our wheels to try and justify the amount of money that people toss at us.
