we need first to hope that the dev's health goes well then start wondering bout his game .......a person health and well being is priceless

go to C:\Users\username\AppData and search for the game in the search bar delete the saves and u can start fresh now

alright found where it was hidden, go to
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\RenPy
look for love and submission folder and delete all the saves there then u can start fresh again
