That would be cool since there is the achievement of seeing santa claus so maybe something Halloween could be added too. Wasn't Aqua also added at Halloween last year? I even remember there were some pumpkin decorations etc. on the map and in backgrounds.

Aqua was released on Halloween 2017 and yes, there should be some decorations. As far as I'm aware they are seasonal and will always pop up once you set your time to late october/early november. Just like the christmas decorations will always be there round christmas.
That said, we'll have to see wether they actually find the time to introduce something meaningful. 2 weeks really aren't that much time unless DC prepared something beforehand.
