it IS a minor update, since his main artist apparantly quit this month. I don't have the changelog in front of me right now, but there's a minor scene the first time you use death sticks, and a lot of text has been added, as well as a bug fix for that persistent character sticking on the screen, if it DOES happen again, sleeping should now fix it. Pretty sure that was it.

I would keep what he did in game.

Is there any way to extract the art from the old versions and to splice them into the new one?

Same. Such a shame he quit. His art was the highlight of this game for me. Was looking forward to seeing all the lovely art he'd make for it. Not that the rest of the game is bad. I was just really hype about a game featuring his art.
Oh well. I'll still give the new guy a shot. It's not like his art looks bad.

I'm going to be brutally honest here and say that's more of a failing on your part. Sure the bugs aren't something you can really do anything about. But the rest of it just comes naturally as you play the game. Have you really given the game a proper run through?

Well I seem to have hit a bug. I can't progress the brothel quest, the final password is stuck on a loop. I get the message, but after I am done reading it doesn't register and won't let me continue, and it just continuously says new message for the same one.

I kind of noticed that in quests menu some of them are just blank rows, which I believe is what's bugging everything. Started a new playthrough, won't buy stuff unless it's needed

Art is way better tbh. I hope he's going to replace every piece of CG tho. Even in the current version the art style change between the like 2 sex scenes is some poo poo water.

I completely and respectfully disagree. The art up until intercourse is top notch, unique and pretty boner arousing.

It's quite different to to usual "anime" art style and the colouring has better shading than most other drawn art which feels "wash out" watercolour, only 1 shade for their skin for example.

To be honest, the art was the only thing that got me going despite lack of H scenes and the fact they were 1st, 2nd base.

Sigh, we'll have to see how this new artist goes but I might even consider supporting on patron to see if he can get back old artist.
