In my opinion you should try to remove some noise
and use the camera light.
Of course removing shadows and use a light brightness

this is gorgeous. I have a few questions. the reflection in the mirror looks like a painting. is it a different render with denoiser or just a faint depth of field shot? also the fingers that rest on her cheek and lips, did you clip to create the pressure illusion or you used weight node (I think thats what its called, dont have daz available atm to check its description)
and lastly her eyes look incredible! may I ask how you did it, especially their moisture
all in all a very beautiful render

1. It's DoF.
2. I didn't deform the model. I used the Face Control in the PowerPose.
3. I've been using this eyes asset.
