Naomi explicitly mentions having full control over it, for Rae it's probably just second nature by this point given her job, with the other two we aren't quite there yet anyway.
And I think he's said before that it'd probably be an epilogue thing at most.

ZanithOne So after testing it for 3 updates, Now I can confirm that the Android version has a serious bug.

Maybe it has to do something about ADB installation? Or maybe there is a different issue?

First of all I'm not being negative about the game, I'm just reporting the bug, the game fantastic, but here are bugs I noticed.


Google play and play services bug : For past 3 updates I'm getting Play store stopped working every time I install the game. So I tried fixing play store issues, but it doesn't work until I uninstall the game. After fixing play store and installing the game, that bug still appears. It won't fix until I uninstall the game and apply those fixes. And that error "play store stopped working" keeps popping up every 30 seconds.

Saves not functioning properly, persistent file not updating : I used all the saves from previous updates but none of the images are unlocking in gallery, so probably something to do with persistent file.

Sed to download the hi-res version on android. After installing the game, Google play crashes during installation and even randomly other times. So I switched to low-res and everything is good.
P.S: I use Note 9

There is an issue with google play not liking larger (>2Gb) .apk packages. That's why I'm moving to the "compressed" Android version as the default one. I'll add a note about the hi-res version being a wrong choice for almost everyone next time.

You won't be able to install 2Gb+ package on most Android devices. So only get the hi-res version if you know what you're doing. Otherwise, stick with the "compressed" one, it's not that bad.

Can you refuse the succubus handjob when you first dream? I hadn't done anything sexual with her up until then, so it feels weird you're suddenly not given a choice this one time when you do every other.

That's a good point. I'll add it to the list. This whole event needs a remaster in any case.

Lyriel events won't trigger. I've done everything with her for literally 30 days, washed the bathrooms, cleaned the dishes, cleaned the library, been through all of her interactions multiple times and chosen every single option at least once. Nothing works. Lewdness and Intimacy both say they are maxed. Quest book still says raise lewdness, do dishes, and clean the library. I started this update at day 72, I'm now at 120. Something is broken...

Latest update is somewhat not impressive.

Check out the latest State of the Game post if you haven't yet. We're preparing a couple of major new developments, so for now the updates are smaller, there's a lot of work being done in the background.

Makes me think about adding a bunch of tiny one-off interactions if you talk to a girl shortly after one of her major events, like here if you talk to her next morning you could ask how her hand is. It would definitely make things seem more real, but probably require a lot of writing.

I actually have this planned, but yeah, other things take precedence for now. Maybe we'll add yet another writer to the team and then this will become possible.

Alright, so there are a couple of issues. Android, and Play Services in particular, really doesn't like big .apk packages. When installed via ADB, the hi-res version works fine on my own device, but I can't vouch for anything else. Same with the persistent storage and unlocks. I know it works for most folks, but I've been getting some reports of it not working properly. I can't really do anything about it. Maybe store a copy of persistent data in each save (the saves are getting quite large even without this data, though), but that's about it.

All the android stuff is handled by the built-in renpy backend in any case (it's pygame/SDL stuff IIRC). And to be honest, it just doesn't make sense for me to spend time on trying to fix this, especially because I'm not that well-versed in Android specifics.

Honestly i did not expect this game to be "good" when i downloaded it but oh boy you just dethroned MGI from my fav spot. What pushed it to the top for me wasn't so much the sex scenes but the writing and dialogue which refreshingly was more down to earth ( meaning more "realistic" ) and not the usual "OH i just met you, lets fk"

Additionally the phone says to help her with the bathtub, but because she just vanishes Midday she isn't in the upstairs bathroom and the downstairs bathroom is somehow always locked despite me having the dream that unlocked it. She's in her room in the morning and I can talk to her but she only says "Hey boyo, what's up?" and the conversation ends.

I am just hoping to help other like me and bring awareness to the hentai gaming community.

Funny thing! The author of Ren'Py knows this and has added a workaround for you!

If you press the "a" key, it'll bring up a screen that will let you override font choices made by the game. No need to add the font separately: this works just fine in ZanithOne's release.

TBH, it's as easy as enabling props for the character and rerendering a scene/animation, the main issue is, the game is getting pretty huge, and I'm a bit afraid of padding it further with alternate looks for the scenes.

Adding the option to change fonts shouldn't be too hard. If it doesn't break anything, I'll try to fit it into one of the next few releases.

Given that everybody in the house knows she's a succubus, the only time she would need to would be when visiting other worlds I would have thought.

You're confusing nature with heritage.
Nature refers to a persons thinking and behavioral patterns which is what Naomi was hinting at.

Considering Rae is young for her species and was only telling you what she herself heard about how her people the Demons where decimated with only succubi being left. They would've went extinct if they couldn't interbreed and considering if you go by lore (depending on the source) succubi have very dominant genes and that any children born to a succubus end up being a succubus (although there are rare exceptions) as the succubus genes completely purge or change the genes of the father's species until only succubus genes remain.
Although I could be remembering wrong on whether or not she witnessed the destruction of her people or was merely told about it. Been awhile since I've been able to play games.
