It's because the dev lurks in the thread and they really dislikes people posting their content here. They even had an alt account Roofus that they used to steer the thread in their favor, but after I called them out they stopped posting lol... their last post was in may shortly after I called them out but they still get online frequently so now they just use it to lurk here.

To all your suspicions that I am the developer, I already answered in one of the messages (which for some reason you never answered).
As for my personal initiative in helping other players in this thread, I don't do it anymore because now there is a walkthrough in the game and I got tired of writing about it once again. I can't help with spoilers, as well as forbid anyone to post them. Or do you think that I'm a wizard who stands behind every person on the other side of the monitor and cast petrificus totalus on them?
In fact, what surprises me most is your personality. As it seemed to me you don't like the author of this game and the game as a whole, but you keep following it.
Maybe you are one of those people who attack everyone whose tastes differ from their tastes and see conspiracies everywhere?

Yes I don't like the current state of the gameplay and overall design vision, that much is true, but I like the art and see potential in it. Ultimately I follow the game because I want and because I can; I need to offer no more justification than that and there's nothing you can do about it.
As for "attacks", if you interpret constructive criticism in such way then there's nothing else that I can do. And the delicious irony regarding conspiracy theories is that your game has received an above average amount of constructive criticism (clearly indicated by the reviews and comments), and yet you repeatedly shot down all of those and grouped them together as simply "hating" on the game... as if there's a big conspiracy of people out there whose sole purpose in life is to blindly hate on your game, as opposed to you know, normal people who took an interest in the game and found some legitimate issues with it that they just wanted to address?
So I turn your questions right back at you: Your personality is what surprises me the most. Why do you have to talk back against everyone in this thread whose tastes differ from yours? Do you really have to diminish everyone who criticizes elements of the game as haters? Do you honestly believe that this amount of people addressing issues with the game is wrong? That the game is the materialization of perfection?

One can even say that in our gray world it's very good but you're attributing confusing people and silencing criticism to me... mmm, why do you ascribe to me once again something I didn't do? (maybe it's time to stop?)
The only thing I did was write an adequate overview of the game.
Some people liked it as well, but they are probably the authors too, according to your logic.
No, I do not think this game is perfect! As well as many books, games, movies, etc., but it is also absolutely wrong to give it one-star rating. That's what you somehow agree with. Apparently, this is also constructive criticism. (LOL)
Now let's talk about the main thing. What have you done to make this game really better not only by means of destructive posts here?
Did you write on the author's patreon or his discord? Did you offer your ideas, share your thoughts? If so, what did you get?

I mean I don't even know why you felt the need to be commenting again after not doing so for... what? 5 or 6 months since I called you out and according to your post history? You either ignored the ones that were inconvenient for you or turned everything upside down.
I had hoped until the last one that you would be more reasonable, but your infantility is, unfortunately, not conducive to further constructive dialogue.

After seeing this discussion (or a fight should u call it), i see why this game has a lot of text lol. I mean it does add a lot of story and perhaps some fine lore to the game, but to be honest the art is good and we are playing to fap, so i guess it isnt so neccesary? But I do like me some hot text to lighten up my imagination
