There's two things in particular I hate about this game, her stats recover WAY too quick and the molesters don't stick around long enough to overcome that recovery, it's as if some god mode was active. I can go several days in a row between fainting spells, which makes it difficult to get the no underwear thing, especially when the molesters barely stick around long enough to get me back down to where the last molester left me. By the time I go from one molester to another, I'm at full HP, which means I barely squeak by when I do get a faint because they leave so quickly.

Lower the pollution, the lower it goes the level of the molesters goes up and they stay longer/do more.
It is still possible to have them steal your underwear with high pollution but you will need to use the quick save/load a bunch since its sort of random what they do, if they leave you can load and this time they might stay a while longer but eventually you reach a point where they will leave no matter what and afaik the only way to change that is to get molested enough to the point where you start getting pleasure and desire I think its called because once they get you to that point they will stay to push you to orgasm like 99% of the time and with the higher molester level/lower pollution they can go at it for quite a while.
Some more tips if you want them to steal underwear early on is to make a save after each molester is done because the time it takes for a new one to appear is also fairly random as is what type of molester that appears and you want them to be two molesters instead of the solo encounters combine this with liberal use of the escape command + save scumming to make you fail will drain your health quickly.
Man, if only this wasn't loli. Why do all the fucked up games get the fun features.
I didn't mention this before as it isn't something the Japanese version did, but pollution keeps resetting to 500 and level 2. It may be a bug in this version as I distinctly remember the pollution staying where I left it each time I left the train for any reason. I am at the point now where I have had multiple orgasms in one encounter, as many as 3 light orgasms or a combination of light and violent orgasms before they leave. I've finally also encountered the 'oh no, I'm out of underwear' event where she calls her maid and the maid gets her some. It took about 6 fainting spells to get to that. The issue is that her escape is way too powerful, almost always succeeding when not held, and escape is the only way to damage myself. Then there's the issue that escape doesn't drain HP in the exhausted state, so you are completely at the mercy of the RNG for how long they stay as they sometimes don't stay long enough after exhausting yourself to get you to orgasm, which is the only way to lose HP in the exhausted state. If I could get to level 4, I think I'll be fine.

Godammit, I got all the way to the end only to realize the tentacle scene pretty much just looks like the preview image. You'd think someone named the Fungus Lord would look like a mushroom, not a generic magical girl anime monster.
Here's a few things I noticed.
P.S. You can use the save editor to cheat your miasma value, but it breaks the save's preview images. I could only figure out how to edit the value you see in the morning. In the save file, the value will be between "999," and ",999". Be careful to choose the right set. Each file contains 5 separate saves.
Also, holy shit, the delinquent can take off his pants. I left the game on skip while I afked and came back to a mosaic dick. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to reproduce this and he doesn't seem to do anything different while naked, judging from the dialog history.
Here's a few things I noticed.
- As of version 1.80, sex stats max out at 500. Max MP can grow higher than 500, but Max HP seems to be fixed.
- Max MP can be gained from repeated use and lowered by orgasms (does not go below 250).
- Beating the game with low maximum lust/desire gives you the good end. Beginning a NewGame+ from it lets you mess with her hair accessories and let toggle whether you want her hair up or down. It's easier to grab this ending first than to do it on a NG+ of a bad end playthrough.
- When she first contemplates how to handle the molesters, you get a different scene depending on whether you want her to react aggressively or passively. Reacting aggressively gives you the wait action. Reacting passively gives you an exhibitionism scene.
- For whatever reasons, it seems inevitable that the Salaryman will give Elulu her first orgasm.
- Enemies are more sexually aggressive and less likely to leave at higher pollution levels. Don't bother save scumming to get her K.O.d or her underwear off until you're at pollution 3. You don't want to start too early, because once she hits nympho level 2, it's going to take forever to clear the miasma.
- Having her underwear stolen initially ends the day immediately. If she's willing to stay on the train with drenched underwear, it might be better to leave it on if you still want to get a few more fights in.
- You don't want to lewd her too soon because lust and desire gains are going to effectively cripple her ability to fight, slowing down the whole misma clearing goal.
- Don't worry about accidentally hitting 0 miasma. You can choose to delay the final battle, which immediately restores 50 miasma. This does, however, forward the time to the next train stop.
- Some scenes only trigger at sufficient pollution levels. At Pollution 4, you can have the molesters bind her and strip her naked.
- After a certain amount of days, Elulu can stay on the train longer. About a week in, you can stay grind until 20:00. About two weeks in, you can grind until 23:00. (There's a mostly untranslated) scene if Elulu is naked when she gets off the very last stop.
- Miasma replenishes by ~50 a day after a certain pollution level. Try to stay on the train as long as you can if you want to quickly deplete it.
- Your attack can lowers the miasma score by 1. Success depends on how well her spell goes.
- Winning fights via magic also drastically decreases miasma.
- You can passively lower miasma as long as you have some MP left and are conscious. If you run out of MP, Elulu will try to get off the train at the next stop, unless she sleeps through it or is tied up. Resist and flee to avoid consuming MP if you're running out.
- Remember that fleeing works best in a small crowd. Late game, it's only useful for quickly depleting the health bar.
- If you're low on magic, prioritize using it on the Salaryman and students. The delinquent and his friend take like 5ish uses to defeat.
- Alternatively, if you can outlast the molesters, they'll leave on their own. Early in, they leave after like 5 minutes. Late game, it can take well over 10.
- The skip function is faster than the auto select function. Useful when you just want the fight to be over.
- If you're going for the bondage viariant of the bad end, strip and bind her before the miasma hits 0.

Naturally it would be so, considering that this is effectively only a third (molester edition) of what the game is supposed to eventually become. I have no clue why the OP put the [Completed] tag on, since that is incorrect and gives the people here a wrong impression of the work.
Version being sold on the DLsite is not even the latest, with development on Ci-En being at 1.86 and having had just remade like half of all the dialog in the game. The eventually complete version is supposed to have penetrative sex and all the other stuff, debug version actually has the spritework for it already done.
Finally had some luck, and before I reached level 4, but just barely and probably only because I'm getting an orgasm every other turn now. Also got the final curfew extension, which will make things so much easier. No more underwear at all for my save, now to get the molesters to start taking the other stuff.
Is there more content released in newer versions or are the newer versions just bug fixes? Some uploaders here don't bother with bug fix only releases unless there is a major bug. Also, hadn't heard anything from the other forums in a while, so I knew this was not the full game, but I didn't think it was being developed anymore.
