I tried making another "haxxed" version. This is based on the old v36p/v38 build, but has the new quest structure data and scene data from the public v38 build. This data is usually downloaded as json from the patron server when logging in in the old v36p/v38 build. I'm not sure EVERYTHING works, but I've managed to access most of the v37/v38 stuff through normal gameplay.

Well, i tried every hacked ver. i could find from v36/38 using the standalone flash 32 on Win 8.1, but i can't load correctly almost every scene in the gallery except the very old ones like the original boss meeting

thats what happens when a passion project turns into a business. if it was still a free flash game it would be more understanding to have issues like this but if your project is getting funded how hard is it to just hire someone who knows how to properly code to fix it up? Oh wait, they do plan on hiring a programmer but only after they've doubled their current income, however much that is since its all hidden from the public. We can basically assume that we'll see an actual programmer get hired for the project when they've hit 5,000 patrons which I doubt is happening any time in the next 10 years.
