So, I played it and it was... mediocre. You know these action movies that just do the same old things everyone else does without adding anything while having a bad story? That's pretty much this game:
You have some scenes, but all you're doing is picking options like at a diner. The viewpoint of the story is inconsistent, you just get to choose from multiple POVs which makes everything just more confusing and boring since you're not "fighting" for anyone and hence have no real purpose. The story is quite flat, I haven't watched Avatar (though I know I should at some point), but played the excellent "Four Elements Trainer" it's just the same characters in "mature". And I say that in quotation marks because what I mean is that they're having sex, not that they're in any way behaving like adults.

Maby blood bending can be used for just such an occasion, sure his dick might explode but if it gets bigger for even a moment then I say it's worth it.

The art is incredibly similar to the original Avatar series, which seems to me an amazing thing

I am really enjoying this so far. I love avatar and i really enjoy adult content around that universe. This one is a lot of fun so far. I'm hoping the dev keeps it going. If they follow the plotlines of the game, that would make sense, but i'm curious if that will be the case, or if they'll start to build a brand new story here.

Four Elements Trainer is a Class for her self... (is this right? damn... my english sucks...)
But this Game looks for the moment pretty interesting. Lets see what the future brings....

Can't wait for Azula to show up. I'm hoping for a ton of scenes with her and Zuko. Yandere sisters are truly the best.
