Im stuck at final celebration and when i complete ite i go to main menu can i get out of that ? I tried using horse but cant get out of the castle.

Wouldn't that be the little goblin girl, in the prison? She is the only prisoner and she will ask the MC to try and help her get out of the prison.
It is not in the town itself, but to the West of Slinsk.
what is the status of the game? main story complete and they are releasing side quests/dlcs?

Male MC gets NTR'd a lot by various things, but he can't get doubleteamed by minotaurs or railed by the dragon so i'm not sure who's got more fetish scenes.

I assume his female companions are the ones doubleteamed instead? Cause otherwise it would be disappointing.

Can. But in being pure evil no pros except of roleplay and you will lose access to the one companion and two weapons. If you are pure good, you will lose the another companion and, if I remember correctly, the two quests. If you choose to be neutral you can get all companions, quests and, at least, one of the two good-only weapons.
