applied the patch 7.0 on 6.1 and game is closing on his own when u talk with josy in your room

Like others have mentioned, the game is crashing on my end for the same scene. It might be due to modding, but it also is happening on clean saves for me as well.

So, I patched 0.6.1 version, but when I try to open the game it opens it in fullscreen and crashes. Any solution?

I had crush also in Josy scene. I applied patch over 6.1. My question is, Do people have same crash problem who downloaded full 14 gb game ? or this crash only for patch loaders ?

Q. How do I patch the game?
A. Instructions will be in the folder you downloaded, follow them and you should be fine
Q. What is the difference between the version here and on patreon?
A. Nothing the difference is between patreon/f95 and steam versions (ie not compatible)
Q. Why did I get an error after I patched?
A. Most likely you have modded the game. If you are using a clean version maybe you did something wrong while patching or DPC has overlooked a bug which you found
Q. Will patch work with a modded game?
A. No you will need to download the full version or wait for mods to update there mods to be compatible with the new update or keep a clean (unmodded) version of the game
Q. Why is download speed so slow?
A. High traffic demand
Q. When are mods/compressed versions released?
A. When the mod/compressor is done doing them (DPC does not do mods/compressions)
Q. Is their a walkthrough guide?
A. No, but eventually there will be
A few things to note always keep a clean (unmodded) copy of your previous version of the game (as a zip to save space) so that if something goes wrong you can always go back to that version instead of having to download full game and thread will be updated with download links as soon as moderators are about

I used 0.7 patch on 0.6 version of the game I used unren.bat to decompile packages before....It doesnt seem to apply the patch. Guess I am fucked right?
While playing & heading into episode 7 I noticed quick menu was removed anyone else or just my computer?

The crashing in Josy scene is due to modding. It affects your persistent saves as well.
