I checked his patreon, seems he's got a couple other projects he's already focusing on. Starting to look more & more like we're reaching the end of this game.

Also, the 0.9 was released on 2/15, it's now 5/30, meaning it's been over 3 months with no new update or word on the game, making it technically abandoned already as it is. Just waiting to see if I'm proven right yet again, eh sdibolcrif XD.

It's now been over 4 months without any word or update. Looks like it's time for the ol abandoned tag.

I've enjoyed the story (and the game). Towards the end, I found my heart pounding. But it's such a random and linear story to make into a game. Especially considering the source material isn't even finished, and was obviously abandoned. Like what about the story inspired a creator to make a game of it? Why did someone select this story for a game? I've written tons of erotic stories and series to completion (Jackal54641 on Literotica)... some of them are cuckold related, some are fun goofy mind-control themed about a guy controlling his various neighbors in his spooky old apartment building, and *nobody* has tried to program a game about my content. I know an incredible amount of time and energy goes into it, but I'd not only grant permission, I'd encourage it!

Seems it's just the tastes of the masses. I hate to say it but for some reason, in all mediums, formulaic mediocrity reigns supreme & anything that's really unique & interesting typically falls flat. I mean look at TV for example. Shows that are genuinely & objectively good & creative like Twin Peaks, Wayward Pines, Stan against Evil, & dozens of others fall flat. Look at the Show Happy for example, which starred Chris Meloni as a burned out, drunk ex cop whom, after his daughter was kidnapped by a human trafficking ring, started hallucinating & seeing his daughter's imaginary friend "Happy", that was a flying unicorn donkey type thing voiced by Patton Oswalt & the pair of them went on a Punisher like mission to get his daughter back & take down the trafficking ring. The writing, plot & dialogue of the show was genuinely good & fans loved it, yet after 2 seasons, that show was canceled. Compare that against the show Meloni is most well known for which is Law & Order SVU, which is formulaic, episodic &, (sorry to any SVU fans), is boring, tame & is the definition of show in zombie mode, & that show has been running for what, 20+ years? Then look at The Walking Dead vs Stan Against Evil. Granted, TWD is good & reasonably entertaining, but was never really amazing & let's be real here, it's been in zombie mode since the end of the whole Negan story arc & it's still going onto season 11. The whole thing with the whisperers over the past couple seasons & the rest after that, it really is just recycling the same formula over & over & it's clear from most of season 10 that they have run out of plot & they're really stretching for filler to pad the runtime. Stan against Evil, in contrast, Written by Dana Gould, Starred John C McGinley, (most known as Dr Cox on Scrubs), & was an almost Stephen King-esque / Evil Dead type comedy type show about the cast of characters fighting against as centuries old curse against the town they live in & the assorted denziens that curse produces. The casting, plot, dialogue, scripting was just fantastic. It was funny, had action, the story & plot moved smoothly & was just dense enough to keep it interesting but not so dense that you needed a map & guide to put it all together, (like with shows like Lost), yet after 2 or 3 seasons it was canned. I mean come on. Dr Cox as an old, cranky Ash from Evil dead like badass kicking ass while going through his iconic rants & one liners, that alone is pure gold. Too obscure for ya? Ok, Let's look at Ash Vs the Evil Dead. That show had a HUGE following, yet was still canned after 3 seasons.
TL;DR is, for some reason, the masses don't want Filet Mignon, (despite what they may say). When given the choice, they for some reason opt for beef flavored Top Ramen instead. The same patterns apply to these kinds of works too. They'd rather have the same formulaic, overused tropes & bland pap than something truly unique & interesting. I haven't read your works, but if I were to venture a guess, it's because of that same pattern. As for this story here, Well TBH, I really don't know why your heart was pounding at any point in the story because we've all seen this story a billion times. White, wimpy, microdick protag moves to new neighborhood with reasonably attractive wife, Black, king kong mega donged alpha male type neighbor starts hitting on wife, wife & other associated females turn into "dat dik so gud it wiped my identity & moral compass so now I just want dat dick" shells, the end. Wash, rinse, repeat. It's old, tired & BORING. It got old after the 3rd or 4th time it was repeated years ago. That's just my take on it though.

I admit, the story was pretty cliche to some extent, but there were 2 elements that I personally thought were unique and jumped out at me. One was the bad influence friend pushing the lead female to cheat. The fact that the MC didn't even have a long time friend in his corner was a bit gut wrenching. The second was the trip when the wife went to the beach with the bull-- how it was told from the husband's perspective first. Having the wife act cold and distant toward him when he called, overhearing the conversation in the mini-mart, and the way the wife was dressed different when he arrived to finally join her. Maybe I'm still new enough to this genre that that's nothing special, but for me, the most exciting and alluring elements are the ones that are implied, rather than outright shown. My mind can torture me by filling in the blanks, far better than just outright seeing the act of betrayal.

I get you, though they get pretty on the nose when they show the trip from her pov. It might hit you harder since you're new to it, but it falls flat to me. I've been polyamorous for well over a decade, so for me, having multiple partners, many of whom have other partners of their own is nothing new to me, so the notion of my partner fucking someone else is rather normal, same for me fucking other people too. But beyond that, My last monogamous relationship before I went poly ended with me busting my ex cheating on me, (in a twist of irony, my first polycule included my ex's girlfriend, whom also dumped her), So I know first hand what it feels like to be cheated on & I'm also an avid reader & writer, so I'm very particular about stories, especially from a functional nuts & bolts angle.
In my opinion, NTR is a genre that shouldn't exist. CALM DOWN CUCK BOYS, LEMME FINISH. I'm not shaming NTR itself, I'm saying it, in & of itself, should not be a genre. In story crafting, it's a plot element that people WAAAY too into it have tried to turn into a genre. It can add a lot to a story when implemented & used well, especially if it results in various outcomes both negative & positive for both parties. I hate to say it, but Lessons of Passion seem to have utilized it best in their games, as it's not used as a main focal point in most of the games they use it in, & the end result can range from the betrayal causing the protag to suffer & fall apart in a bad ending, or it can backfire on the cheating partner & she ends up suffering for it.
Think of the story like a steak. NTR as well as other fetishes, (i.e. incest, interacial, BDSM, etc...) would be like the seasoning blend & cooking oil used to cook it up in the pan, (olive, grapeseed or coconut for me please). Trying to make a story where it's all focused on NTR, (or any other specific kink for that matter), is like trying to cook salt in some oil & calling it a meal. No, it's unpalatable shit. & the end result is self evident. Cliche, 2 dimensional character tropes, formulaic paint by numbers plots that all follow the same points to the same end. It's boring. One of my partners was binging Criminal Minds over the past few days. The episode starts with some random person that's suddenly murdered, the BAU team gets the report, get's briefed at their home office, on to their jet to go to the location. Time to talk with local law enforcement & ask some questions to the people associated with the victim, they connect a few dots, time to release the profile they've compiled. they investigate more, dig, dig, dig, feed some clues to computer girl back at home office, she narrows it down to the suspect, gives them the suspects address, they bust into the place but oh no, the suspect isn't there, but they find a clue that tells them where the suspect is, They rush there & catch the guy in the act right in the nick of time, the end. You've just read the transcript of EVERY SINGLE FUCKING EPISODE of that piece of shit show. Interesting on episode 1, a rerun on 2, & why the fuck are they still making this by episode 3 & we're not even halfway through the first of 10 or 20 or 3000 seasons.
Sorry, I went on a rant again. My point is, NTR, like a good seasoning, can be a very good thing to add to a story when used sparingly & in a way to compliment the story as a whole. When it's turned into the main dish though, you get an oily pile of salt that only sycophants that love choking down salt would enjoy, as everything else that makes it potable, let alone good &7 enjoyable are either lacking or completely absent.
