This is a linear game. None of those are avoidable unless you cover your eyes and block your ears.
I don't know what to tell you; it's just a regular zip file. I just tried downloading and extracting it, and didn't encounter any errors. Maybe you could try using 7zip if you haven't already?
Does anyone know how to revert the translation, I rather use my limited japanese than lose my brain cells over the MTL

that file should be within the rpgmvp file, what is more likely happening, is you need to run the game with via locale emulator (or set your windows to Japanese locale)
it is in the rpgmvp file but even when i set the locale to japanse and it still tells me i need the .png

Glad you sorted it out cause I'm stuck, I kill everything, all mushrooms, but the countdown still goes to zero and game over...
Edit: it finally worked after the 3rd restart...

I hope someone could answer, does anyone know how to reach the treasure chest in the cemetery? Either I missed something or the game bugged, but I'm unable to reach the treasure chest or the statue.

Ughhh... I wanna try this, but downloads are completely broken for me. filesfm has file deleted, filesupload is simply gone, mega and nopy gives a file taht no matter what I try, the unpacker says it's broken/corrupted. Tried downloading it with both eng and jap locale set on pc, and newest version of 7zip, stable and beta, neither works...
