While it's certainly possible for Dylan to lose his V-card before Ellie, particularly with Marie, why would Ellie care? She can have sex whenever she wants, with whoever she wants, it's just been her choice not to.
All we know is that Dylan has a thing for Christine (well, actually for anything alive with a pair of legs and boobs, at this point 
)
And from the end of the previous laptop event, there's a hint for the beginning of a different relationship between the two, at least it is what Dylan sees/hopes
If we assume that their relationship is going to improve, I'd expect still some teasing from Ellie, especially in front of Christine, and then, once again, something that Dylan does to help them will help to change Ellie's feeling about him. As it has been said, probably not in a sexual way but they can become "partners in crime" or allies for future events. And I know it is so vague that it doesn't add much to the discussion, but that's a possible direction.
The only thing I really **wish** that **doesn't** happen is Dylan at some point of the event spying on them while Christina is helping Ellie to shave. He cannot ruin that, that must be part of the morning showers routines with Sophia!!

Then Loagn would have to turn out to be a total ass. At the moment Elli would scratch out her brother's eyes if he would "take care" of Logan. But if the situation changes regarding the relationship between Logan and Elli and Dylan has the chance to prove himself, that happens much later in the game. Too late in my opinion to be able to impress the women effectively.
I'm not saying she can't lose it whenever she wants just that she's kinda insecure about still being a virgin she doesn't want her friends to know because it's a status thing for her and she worries Logan will tell people he took her virginity.
Logan taking her virginity then bragging about it to his friends and hers could be what causes Dylan to "take care" of him, I wouldn't want her lose her V-card to him if thats going to happen though she doesn't deserve to have that even if it would make Logan a good antagonist for her stories.

Logan is a total ass already.
He beat up a kid because he looked like Justin Biber,he was drunk at the time and lost out on a modeling contract because of this.
If Ellie told Logan that she is a virgin then Logan would shout it from the roof tops and brag about how he took Ellie's virginity.
Ellie has doubts about losing her virginity to Logan for a number of reasons but if Ellie did do it with him and Logan told everybody that he took Ellie's virginity then I don't think that she would mind too much if Dylan taught him a lesson.

I think you’ve hit on what I couldn’t figure out how to say: Dylan is more likely to raise himself up in Ellie’s esteem than to lower hers.
Why is everyone here so obsessed with Elli's virginity? Well no matter.
That a young woman / girl is a little restless before her first time, is totally normal and has nothing to do with Logan. Of course Elli wonders if he's the right one for it. She's not sure about Logan and her feelings for him. Especially since she is just starting a relationship with Julia and her mother. I still don't think Logan is an ass. Too little evidence. But he got the facilities from the developer to become one.

Ellie said she wanted to lose her lose her virginity to someone special. Who that is, is likely to develop in the Ellie branches. So either Logan, Sam, Jules or Sophia. Which will be too late for the bonus storyline, which will have culminated already.

I know Dylan is becoming a "Ninja," but this is no Hobo drinking alcohol that Dylan could take on with 3 days of MMA training. Logan's physique is more about muscle, and he appears to be in great shape physically. I would think Dylan would have to outwit Logan instead of fighting him, like maybe slashing his car tires. Aiden, IMO, would be a much more believable person to fight and win. A couple of things come to mind about your thought here.
- Either Dylan tries to pick a fight, maybe to defend Ellie from something, and loses. This will show Ellie that her brother would defend her no matter the cost.
- Or if there is a confrontation and Dylan is on the winning side, He must have used The Hyperbolic Time Chamber for training (DBZ reference) since we are way out of the realm of realism now.

Incest between Sophia and Dylan, sure. Between Sophia and Ellie, of course. But Sophia and Ellie look at Dylan completely differently. Ellie is practically jumping for joy if he goes to boarding school.

Have you not been paying attention to Dylan/Ellie's Side Story? You may want to play Dylan/Ellie Side Story again. You will see Ellie's attitude is starting to change towards Dylan. There will be Brother and Sister arguments, but it seems to be changing now.

Question for the ITK folks because I have a hard time keeping it straight: is it possible that there's a Dylan/Ellie path and a Sophia/Ellie path in the same play through? Or will they be completely exclusive of each other? Like, say you're on the Sophia+Dylan path, and then Dylan chooses the Ellie path, where does that leave Sophia? I guess I should stop thinking so hard....
