So, for Mia you need to have a personal room and be sharing a room with Jill. When you talk to her while she's exercising with Jill she'll give you the option to go to your personal room.
Kate will let you sleep in the same room with her when you ask her as she's dressed in her flight attendant outfit at night in your personal room.
Ask Alexa to watch TV with her when she's by herself.

At least some sort of graph to show how far you've progressed with each girl. As it is, the only indication is the "Allure" lines on the Family triangle- but that's only for the family relationships. If there's ANY sort of indication my status with Rin, Victoria, Bridgette, etc. I haven't found it.
I don't recall if I've mentioned it previously, but the character designs look very good.
