I know that this game is abandoned (although I do not really understand why, as I really liked it).
Maybe there are similar games from other authors? With an focus on management as here. I've played in various brothels and breeding farms, but I've never seen a combination like this. Maybe I missed something?

They also worked on, and abandonned, another game, Servant's chambers, which was about a girl escaping some sort of bdsm dungeon. Interesting concept, but it didn't went far.

Yes, I played it. If I remember correctly, I played three games from this author. Hypno Slave, Servant's Chamber and Magus Lab.
Taffy Tales is a game with the same art, but another author, which I also really liked. (Maybe there are more games with such art?)
But I wonder if I missed any game from this or another author, which would be a combination of management like here. To put it another way - the management game that is interesting just to play, and adult content is a nice bonus.
For example, in most brothel or breeding farms games are interesting to play only at the beginning, then everything becomes routine and interest disappears. It didn't happen with this game.

They didn't made any other game, not to my knowledge at least. As for gestion game, I haven't found any that really caught my attention, though I really like this genre. So sorry, but I can't help you on this.
Interesting game, Shame it has seemed to stopped development short. Still making money on patreon.. laziness.

almost the same character design
I don't know if there's anyone or any game developers out there that might be interested in exploring the idea of continuing what brozeks&co left behind, but over the past few days, I have been looking through the game files trying to see what I can gather together and will be venturing to re-organize and put together the assets I've found.
For the rest of you, I'll be uploading a file dump of the game assets for your viewing pleasure along with a summary of what I think I've found in the files, what I think the assets reveal about the dev, and the possible logistical reasons behind the abandonment of every game they put their grubby mitts behind. This should be uploaded within a few weeks.
Edit: For any developers or interested parties, from a cursory glance the game is entirely ripped but because the game hasn't been updated in a couple of years now, the file is outdated and obviously unity has changed over time so there are many files that are a little wonky, but with marginal debugging one could probably be able to get a fully functional instance of the game working in unity. The only thing that would make that difficult is that I haven't found any form of documentation or comments on the code yet so it's a little difficult to interpret some of what you'll be looking at. The two main scenes load right in so there's really nothing to do but figure out why unity is flagging some of the scripts and components.
I'll upload the unity project file tomorrow once I scrub the file details and see if I can find anything else.

The folder contains all of the unity assets. As far as the errors in the engine, it looks like most of them pertain to libraries that have been changed over time in unity so it's a matter of troubleshooting the compiler errors and locating the fixes. Additionally, some of the scripts didn't want to load which might mean they're corrupted but I didn't confirm. I'll be looking over this for a while and post anything newsworthy that I discover.

would it be possible to rip the sex scenes, just make them a standalone game or player to play them?

Short Answer: It would be possible to make a standalone game with the animations (there's no immediately observable convenient source of the scenes)
Long Answer: It might be possible to rip the scenes, but my initial observations make me think that the way in which the animations are loaded into the game has the models rendered within the scene, meaning that it would be easier to just take the assets and make a game gallery out of them (or just record them).
I have a similar suspicion about the taffy tale game and will be ripping that game as well in the near future to see how much is similar in the game files. If they are similar enough, in the way in which the game's files are organized (models, art, etc.), there is a high certainty that brozeks&co just rebranded so that they wouldn't have to deal with the backlash of abandoning multiple games under the same name (or that the artist may have migrated developers).

I just tried it after reading your comment and it is the same art and a similar inner voice. Yeah, I would guess its the same guy milking more money and running away.
