I have to ask this... why the game is not counted as completed? if is just a MTL than is completed on its own, is there a reason for not be completed or is just something that was forgot?

I think it is because it is a sub-genre: Its sister genre being time stop, invisibility and dolls, which meant that fan of those genre might be a fan of npc rape genre too. (Maybe hypnosis and exhibitionism ,where the girl has a sex toy while she is in public and the guy controls the toy, ?)

I think the fetish for these genre is to dominate something that can't resist , which explains why time stop, invisible and npc tends to pair up with rape.

I also think it is because they enjoy sexually harrassing someone without them knowing what is going on and seeing their reaction. E.g. from other genre:
- A time stop mc stops time, fuck a girl, then run time and see her orgasm and see her wonder what is going on. Alternatively, the time stop mc would continue time and see her reaction while he fucks her.
- An invisible mc fucks the girl in broad daylight and seeing her trying to supress her moans and just have open sex while the public wonders what is going on with the girl.
- So for the case of npc rape games like this, there is normally scenes where the guy fucks the npc while she repeats her npc lines, but in some npc rape games, the dev added a mode where the npcs develop a conscience and reacts to the mc fucking her.

Another reason could be that they like to fuck attractive woman without harming them and the people who care abt them (physically and psychologically) as they(attractive woman) are unaware of your(player/MC) actions (Basically rape without the physical pain and mental trauma of the rape victim and ppl they care abt)

Personally,I think the peak of npc rape is the doujin where the premise is that it is a skyrim mod, which boosted the popularity of/ created that genre I think. Sadly, imo the game dev are lazy and use the genre as a easy sex gallery game instead of following what made the skyrim mod doujin popular(imo it was the change in environment, common sense, personality, designs of npcs based on the cheats used by the player MC)

Personally i think the origin of this is the good ol' onahole.
Basically they want a human-esque fuck-doll.

Market forces at work to be honest, this sort of game can easily be made by a single person so it shouldn't come as any surprise that there aren't any games in this genre with really advanced mechanics or even a definitive story that comes to a conclusion. We might get one some day but these small projects are popular enough to make a profit even in the state that they are in so there isn't any incentive for them to become anything beyond what they currently are which is a shame because it is a very fun concept.

The genre on the other hand is the sex CG's without the relationship grind, but in return you lack proper responsiveness.

Now, if the game was 3D with proper/expansive character customisation,
