I did those things but in a different order, so I'll try to progress the main story first when I get back home and see if it properly triggers. Cheers for the clarification!
EDIT: Alright tried all of that, still doesn't trigger the final scene when going to bed.

There are several actions during the course of Ep1 and Ep2 that can contribute to Adel's corruption stat, the final bank scene's outcome will depend on all of these, also if NTR is on/off etc.
Have you used the cheat menu to alter stats or time of day at all?
Just to clarify, during the course of the game without using cheats, you have to buy the toy before being able to reach 9 attraction points. You can complete the main story content before or after this, it won't matter.
If you have access to the dev console (unren etc.) you should see the following variable - adeljobbankfirstday = 1 - after Adel get's the job in the afternoon.
When this variable = 1, going to bed ('sleep until morning' or 'skip day'), will jump you directly into the final bank scene.
If it = 0, this means the game doesn't think you went to the bank earlier in the day with Adel yet. Possible reasons for this could be that somehow you left the bank before the scene could complete, though I'm not sure how you'd do that tbh. Or perhaps using the skip function stopped the variable from switching somehow if you've used that. Again, not sure how that would happen, I'm just spit balling really.
And if it = 2, it will behave as if you've already seen the content and do nothing. But the only place adeljobbankfirstday can = 2 is upon entering that scene.
I've gone through the code and tested the game but can't find a problem myself.
If you can recall exactly what you did in your playthrough, I might be able to pin point what's going on.
Or if you like, you can send me your save file and I'll take a look when I get time.

Aside from the outright non-ntr/zero corruption scenario, there are different limits as to how far Adel will go. They aren't all massively different from each other though to be fair. And only one of the scenes will result in her actively doing something with Thomas.
Ohh ok, I was half imagining the Bank manager stepping in, or maybe the other female teller, or if the love potion would be in use. Though all those seemed too extreme for this stage of the game.

To access cheats, open your phone at the top of the screen, click settings then toggle cheats to on.

So far the serum has been used on a total of 3 occasions throughout the game and each time with a purpose to the plot.
First - Jackson uses it with the skater girls after his and the serum's introduction to the game. This scene explains both what the serum actually does and shows immediately what an asshat Jackson is. Also that even without the serum, those two girls are already promiscuous enough and given the chance, probably would have cheated on their boyfriends anyway, as you find out for sure later while working at the Gym.
Second - Although we don't technically see it happening, Lucas uses it on Abigail during the party. The purpose of this scene is to establish the primary potential conflict between you and Lucas. And as we later find out by talking with Abigail - Even though she tells you to your face she would never normally have gone behind Christine's back with Lucas, she follows up by clearly hinting that she has no problem using sex as a means to keep you on her side. So it's not unreasonable to assume that serum and best friend's boyfriend or not, chances are she would've let Lucas have a go regardless, given the right circumstance.
Thirdly - Jackson uses up the last of his serum on Claire at the pub. This scene has two purposes. It sets the tone for your relationship with Claire, by either giving it a head start or nipping it right in the bud.
It's second purpose is that you just saw him use the very last drop of it. And while that may not seem too important right now, it's actually a big deal for the upcoming plot in Episode 3.
As for the MC not being able to compete, that's simply not true.
Now, this question is more of a rhetorical one, so please don't think I'm expecting you to answer it, but how many sexual partners have you had in your life that have never been with anyone else before, ever? The point of the question is to illustrate that just because a sexual partner already has experience with other people, doesn't mean you couldn't get with them yourself.
That's just life.
We've already seen that the MC stands more than a decent chance with all of the girls that have been dosed by Lucas and Jackson (with the exception of Lana, and that's simply because it hasn't been included yet).
And for the record, we're nowhere near the ending - happy or otherwise. But what I will say is that I've already written one for both Lucas and Jackson. Their's most certainly are not.

Unless I skim read too fast, what about if you don't pay the rent and the landlord wants you to bring one of the girls to the pub. IIRC, he uses it there

The toggle for Lucas is really just there so you can see some of Christine's content that was completed early but not actually ready for the game yet. I just included it for the hell of it.
Adel also has scenes that are not technically ready to be seen but are included anyway. To see Adel's 'hidden' content, just set her attraction and friendship points over 20 and go visit her in her room at 23:00 then check out her bathroom scenes.
For Christine, set Lucas toggle to off and you can work your way through the entire massage scene in her room at 23:00. She also has extra bathroom scenes.

No problem. After activating cheat mode, the toggle for Lucas will appear in the settings screen on the phone.
Also with cheat mode on, you will be able to adjust relationship points from the relationship tab, also found on the phone.
No hay problema. Después de activar el modo de trucos, la palanca de Lucas aparecerá en la pantalla de configuración del teléfono.
