It seems to be a lot more limited than Imouto Life Monochrome, in that there are a variety of conditions you need to meet as opposed to simply reaching a certain likeability. Not only do you need the standard trust and interest stats high enough, you also need your lust to be above 50% to be given the option to go night crawling and her lust needs to be high enough to be receptive. They also give you much less time if you do it on a weekday. Also, from what I can tell there is no option that appears that lets you start sex early, you must go to sleep then wake her up.

The first option will injure you, the second one will give a small boost on your strength. The third will change your first title to 'Remodelled' and the fourth one will do nothing.

No you should get the option to do Big Adventure again on the weekend after clearing the game, it's twice as long as the first one.

I have a question myself... did you merge files? I ask because I see Game.dat in that screenshot, and that is NOT in that location in the translation download.
Once you've unzipped the rar files from the front page to a location of choice, just open that and play the game, nothing else is needed.
