When she's sick you have a chance to get it when choosing the bath option and then wiping her down.

Alternatively you can also get it by having a wet dream. Just keep going to bed without touching the imouto with your lust at 120%, that was how I personally got it.

Well that's a shame, I recall that this was how you were supposed to get the skill unlocked according to this post from Shade himself.

Great adventure completion : Makes MC infertile. Decreases Sister Illness chance.
Super Adventure (available after day 100) : Golden Shot Unlock

thats both what I know, and what is inferred in game via parts that I have seen while translating.
I am also assuming that there will be a option to continue the game after the pregnancy ending in the full game.

I've fought the unicorn with imouto as a non virgin and also didn't seem to get any skill unlocked from that either.

after all this... I can finally sit back a bit and actually, you know... play the game properly instead of scrutinising every line, checking and double-checking everything, praying I won't break the game etc...
