not sure but i seen some unused images when trying to delve to data to see about yui's wet dream scene since i didn't got that one.

Some of em looks like rough images and some of em looks like animation (guts secret training)

69 -- get a blowjob from Imouto in the bath to unlock the skill (you might not get it the first time due to the game's RNG)
then buy the skill for 40 SP
then at midnight, select Fap while she's awake and facing you (not from behind)

cowgirl -- buy but do not read a Naughty Book (500 gold)
then wait for an event where you see that she had neatly stacked to book on the desk. She'll get the skill for free
then at midnight, go straight to bed without doing any nightcrawling, not even just head pats. If her lust is high enough, and she's not sick, she'll mount you.

Note that Imouto learning Cowgirl does not consume the book, so you can still use it to raise her interest and lust, and potentially unlock Doggy Style (RNG can be your best friend, or your worst enemy)

FYI for anyone adding more cheat table stuff, it looks to me like we can probably use the same pointer (aside from the last offset, of course) for everything, so you shouldn't have to bother with pointer scans. Also the game is surprisingly robust against crashing -- I basically found guild rep by just overwriting random chunks of memory until it changed.

Edit: I updated the main table a little more, and also added a big table that I think contains literally all the variables (nearly 500 of them) as of v1.1.1. The big table lists variables by their ID plus a machine translation of their name.

Just stick it in her pooper.

That's seriously it. It's not a skill you can buy for skill points, it's a hidden stat of hers that you have to raise during the midnight phase with your fingers and toys, and also your meat saber while she's face-down. You can even do it while she's sleeping, but it will wake her up very quickly, and depending on her trust and interest levels it may also raise the Bad bar very quickly.

When the stat is high enough, she'll be willing to take some backdoor action, even in the bath, but will very likely scream in pain at first due to not being able to take it. But keep practicing, and eventually she'll be able to take your tube steak suppository.

visit the town at weekends and it will be in one of the shops after you progress to a certain point, more shops and items are added as you progress.

What happened if you let your sister get sick over a long period of time? I've tried to not heal her awhile but nothing happened even after more than a week
