well in the last scene with lovestruck, when she said she was going to stay, she said she wanted a shot at you without Mrs P or Riley around to bail you out. Well we know she's got Mrs. P. So thats foreshadowing.

How you figure her mother not recognising her own daughter? Miss Unbreakable arrests her.... Sure it might be some years since they last seen each other but a mother not recognising her own child? Still not impossible but unlikely...

I thought that for a hot minute until I remembered QU arrested her. A mother would know her daughter. If you remember though, Lovestruck was working with someone else THATS the missing sister! They were discussing plans for the city until the MC showed up and changed the dynamic IIRC.

I think that the missing daughter was the one that was talking to Lovestruck during the highway incident. She probably doesn't have any powers and is a Lex Luthor type.

She failed her appliance/test for the heroes association and was said to have a parlor power. Could be she doesn't have a "real" power, could be it was just dormant at the time. What we don't know is what happened, she disappeared (was taken?) several years back, still very young, could have set it up but seems unlikely she didn't have any help, if helped why should we assume it was just a minor power? Being the daughter of miss Unbreakable holds some power by itself but it seems the "kidnapper" could have used that power long ago...

Ms Unbreakable said it's possible to get another power if it's an extension of your power, so far his power manifesting seems random, but if the main power is adaption it makes sense.

Being able to turn into a housecat really would qualify as a parlor power, but talk about playing the long game being MCs good girl, eating cat food, and shitting in a litter box all this time to... gain intelligence? Harper's sister is the cat. I've suspected that for a while and the reveal that the sister had a "Parlor Power" confirmed it for me.
Shapeshifting into a small fluffy animal definitely would not have made muster for the Hero Association.
Also I pretty sure it's the train girl. The Train Girl is the Cat and the Cat is Harper's sister.
